Liz and Amanda kept us fully informed throughout the process by email and phone, and Liz produced a tailor made really detailed report basing her surveying on the issues we had identified, and which were worrying us. This provided us with an action plan and the reassurance to go ahead fully informed.

We instructed Home Buyer Surveying Ltd to come and do a help to buy survey for our property. They were very quick in responding to emails and gave me all the information I needed and dates that they could do the
survey. We had Liz come and do the survey and she arrived on time and was very friendly explained what she needed to do. We then received our report the following day which was very efficient.
