Very happy with the service from Victoria and the team on a recent house sale. We would use HCB Alcester again.

Excellent service, kept well informed throughout. What appeared to be a simple probate at the outset became slightly more complicated with income tax etc, but all handled well.

In my opinion, Andrea Norfor has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the sale of my late mothers house, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use HCB again in the future.

I had a problem with signing documents from an Irish Solicitors…….there system is different to our British one,…..so I was at my whitsend to get this sorted in time…. Having not long losing my wife…. I was quite stressed.
HCB helped me out twice….. my contact Abraam Azir….. couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding….. even the staff made me a cup of tea…… I was so relieved and grateful.

Honestly I'm so stressed with this company. My father passed nearly 2 years ago and my inheritance still has not been sorted. After chasing and given a inheritance payment date of early May, now they want to delay and delay. I can't plan anything or get things sorted in my life. Honestly if I weren't already deep in time with this company I would've looked elsewhere.
If you're looking for a smooth and professional inheritance claim, I do not recommend this company.
