I've had Headlight Experts LED bulbs installed for a few years on my 2017 Durango, and the performance has been impressive. Significantly brighter and clearer than the original halogens, making nighttime driving much safer and more enjoyable.

Having some issues with my fog lights not working all the time and flickering. I contacted the headlight experts and they got back to me right away. And got the problem resolved. Great costumer service. I love how bright the lights are. So so on the product so far we will see how the new one go.

I got the set for my 98 Cheyenne I found the glass housings a little too thin but they fit after I added some foam topper tape I had. The lights were nice and bright. One started to fail after just over a year of use on my daily driver. Going to upgrade the bulbs to try them next.

I ordered headlights for my husband for Christmas and they do not fit. We contacted the company to advise them of this & they offered to send us gaskets to make the headlights fit. We received the “gaskets” which were foam squares with doubled sided tape. Not only did the headlights still not fit that foam will not hold up. I contacted the company again and requested information to send the headlights back for a full refund, they responded with “Our lights along with the gaskets fit perfectly fine. Do you wish to have a tech call to assist you with the installation?” I advised them that they do not and at this
Time I would like a full refund to which they responded “We have sold over 500,000 of these kits. We know what fits, and what doesn't.” then decided to add that if even one of the connectors was plugged in they would not refund my money. I’m sorry but how would you know if the headlights fit or work without at least connecting one. I asked to have a manager call me and they provided Henry’s number. I contacted Henry today only to be yelled at on the phone, was unable to explain the situation, was again told they know what fits and what doesn’t and the best part of the entire conversation was when Henry told me that I was an entitled woman and the worst Karen ever who thinks everyone owes me. He then hung up on me without me even getting in 10 words let alone a full sentence from being interrupted! I simply wanted my money back which appears to be impossible with this company. I have never been treated this way ever by a company and am completely disgusted by their lack of professionalism.

This company advertised 100% guaranteed plug and play, so I order H7 and H9 LED kits for a 2013 Porsch 981. Ordered these on 11/18/25 with the Canbus capacitors to eliminate flickering and errors messages. Installed on the 12/03/25 and needless to say, they didn't work as advertised. The lights continuously cycled on and off. You can only reach customer service via email so I went back and forward using emails trying to resolve the issue. They recommended some Canbus modules and resistors, I got them. Well issue got worse, the high beams flashed and the low didn't work at all. They requested I send them back and they will send the correct parts. I sent back both the H7 modules and the H9 resistors. And they only sent back resistors for the H7. Don't know if they are refunding the other part or not or if it was an oversight. Well the resistors get very hot and can only mount to metal surfaces, I have no metal surfaces as the assembly is plastic. Here it is 01/03/2026, a month later, still no working LED headlights. This company falsely advertised 100% Plug and Play Guarantee. Can't say much about the lifetime warranty. Each time I requested a refund, I got the runaround with directions to try some other solution. It has become apparent that getting a refund is totally out the question, so don't expect one. This company isn't trustworthy and didn't stand behind their product. I later found lots of complaints filed with the BBB. I should have researched Headlight Experts both here at trustpilot and the BBB. This lesson learned costed me about $240. Please don't make the same mistake by doing business with this company. Maybe I can recover some of the loss selling on ebay. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

The Headlight Experts is a great brand for LED bulbs! I've been using their bulbs for a few years now and they have worked tremendously well and provide clear visibility on the roads at night. The lifetime warranty is also a huge plus!

I ordered a module for a headlight on December 16, 2025. It was supposed to be shipped in five days. Today is January 2, 2026, I still haven’t received a tracking number or shipment date. I tried to cancel the transaction four times. Every time I canceled it they told me it was canceled, but I called back today and they told me it’s on its way.

Stay away from this company because they are full of shit! I am pretty sure I got scammed and I will not receive anything in the mail!

When I was on the phone with the customer service, trying to cancel the order, he started cursing at me and calling me names because I was too impatient. Mind you, this was 11 days after the expected shipping date.

This lights are legit not one problem what si ever, makes driving at night a lot easier well worth it would recommend!

I will never use head light experts again...I got totally ripped off. First they sent the wrong parts. I sent them back. Thank after waiting for weeks they wanted a extra 60.00...than the correct parts came but they didn't work...I lost over $200.00

Amazing LEDS. I purchased LEDs for my high, low, and foglights for my 2018 suburban and they have not failed me throughout the many roadtrips. Great products and AMAZING customer service. Highly recommend.

I’ve had these LED headlights installed for a while now, and my experience has been mixed. The brightness wasn’t quite what I expected, and they didn’t seem to last as long as I had hoped. That said, it’s possible the aiming or installation may have affected performance, so I can’t say the bulbs alone were entirely at fault.
What really stands out, though, is the company’s customer service. They’ve been responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful when I reached out with concerns. Communication was easy, and they were willing to work with me to find a solution, which I really appreciate.
While these particular headlights didn’t fully meet my expectations, my experience with the company itself has been positive, and that counts for a lot.

Purchased 9007 Hi/Lo Dual Beam LED Headlight Conversion Kit and Front Turn Signal: 3157 LED Light Set for a 2000 Ford Excursion. Both items were advertised as plug and play, which they were not. Item 9007 is stated as (We engineer our LED upgrade kits to maintain the exact beam pattern of your factory halogens. We place our LED panels in the exact same position as the filament of your factory halogen, thus maintaining your factory beam pattern. So you will get 5X the light output, but only in the places you want it without blinding any oncoming traffic, guaranteed." They did NOT work as stated and would not accept a return on the item even though they state they "Guarntee" they would work.

Very disappointed in this company in that they say they stand behind their products, in in fact they don't otherwise they would accept a return like a reputable company would.

Sent me the wrong bulbs, i had to pay for shipping to return, then they kept part of my refund. If you wanna lose money casino's and headlight experts should be on your list. TRASH COMPANY!!!!

Headlight experts make it super easy and efficient to install headlights into any car, I have a 2005 jeep liberty and it took me no less then an hour or install my lights. They have been working for years.

These headlights are a significant upgrade from the original so much brighter and can see a longer distance making it safer to drive at night and easy to install a true plug and play installation with online video instruction and top notch customer service provided after the sale

I tried their lights. They were very prompt. I installed them and they would not work in my 2022 Ram. After 2 months of phone calls and lamps being installed and reinstalled under their direction l finally sent them back requesting a refund. They refused. Said the lamps were used. Beware!
