I Like that when there is an issue with the head lights that they present to you 2 options in resolving. First sending what you have in for testing and replacing or repairing your originals then returning to you, second is going with an upgraded version for a small fee. so I like that they offer these options. I had purchased led headlights from them in March 2019. They are bright and were super easy to install. Recently I had one of the headlights stop working. I emailed headlight experts about the issue and responded promptly. They offered an upgrade which I closed over sending the units back.

This company removed my review from 2 days ago. Just read the other 1 star reviews, you’ll understand why.

12 days after order placement the merchandise had still not shipped. When email communications had failed to discover a shipment date, an attempt to reach a live representative was met with an”order only” company representative. I was told that order status requests were handled through email only. When pressing the person for a phone number, he became very condescending. I was told the following: “you’re lying”, “your panties are tied in a knot”, “you have a cute lisp” amongst other derogatory comments. This is by far the poorest form of customer service. No merchandise, no ship date, no live person to talk to, poor customer service has resulted in my order cancellation.

Bought Headlight Experts LEDs to replace HIDs in 2024. Installation was involved but once in, lights were really bright. Lifetime warranty on the bulbs involves sending both back so opted to upgrade to the new model for a cost. Hoping the new ones last longer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Bought a set of headlights for my kids van. 2 trips of 30min one way and the light didn’t work on dim. Ok. Emailed them was given a “fix”. Still nothing. Neither set works on either headlight. Nothing on dim. They said send them back on my own dime. Did that. Now for 2 weeks they have them. Nothing. No communication. No refund. Nothing. 0 answers. 0 communication. Find another source.

I really like the idea of the lifetime warranty on the headlights. The lights come with a ballast and are easy to install (Unless you own a Chevy Traverse). The only bad experience I had was calling the number they have posted in their emails and getting a very rude person that swore at me and then hung up on me.

This is an amazing company with the lifetime warranty. I purchased two sets of lights for my Honda Pilot 2017 and Ford F150 2015. This really makes my car looks really nice at night. I highly recommend purchasing the lights. I experienced an issue with my lights yesterday on the F150 flicking and they respond immediately.

The company has always stood behind their product and has always been extremely professional in handling any problems I may have had. They are very fast in their response time and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My wife drives an older Mercedes C300. The factory headlights leave a lot to be desired. I replaced them with Headlight Experts. The difference is night and day, literally. Now a couple years later, one of the headlights is dimming. I made one phone call and they are replacing both lights under their lifetime warranty. Prompt service, quick turnaround. Thank you HE.

Their bulbs...etc are inferior to other companies.
