I had my LED headlights for 5 years and the low beam failed. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty which they do BUT, the warranty process is a joke. You must remove said headlights and return. That process should be changed since they charge a premium price for the product you can purchase for half the price . I bought new LED headlights from another distributor and paid the same that The Headlight Experts were going to charge for what they said was an " upgrade" over my originals ones. The new distributor also gave me a large discount because I purchased additional LED's for my wife's honda. So unfortunately for the Headlight Experts they lost an additional sale.

There were no issues from transaction to delivery. A smooth payment process.

The product is wonderful...you can see more clearly and allot further. This makes me feel safer when I drive at night, knowing that I can see any oncoming traffic or wildlife.

Customer service is top notch. Product has exceeded my expectations.

I purchased the H11 LED Headlight Conversion Kit (Low Beam) and the 9005 LED Headlight Conversion Kit (High Beam) in January 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with the bulbs. The brightness difference compared to my factory bulbs is night and day. Both the low and high beams provide excellent clarity and significantly improved visibility at longer distances. Night driving feels much safer, especially on darker rural roads.

Installation was straightforward, and the build quality feels solid. After several years of use, they’re still performing perfectly.

Highly recommend these kits if you’re looking for a noticeable improvement in nighttime visibility.

The bulbs are very bright and lasted several years until Ohio winters took their toll. Their lifetime warranty kicked in and new bulbs are on their way.

I emailed them about my headlight being out. I've had them for about 6 years. The response was so quick. I was honestly surprised. They offered me a upgrade that I couldn't resist. Everything with the communication was outstanding. Also the new headlights came in within that week.

I purchased the led kit for my 20 year Subaru a couple years back and made a world of a difference. I drive at odd hours of the night for work and can actually see the road perfectly now plus with a lifetime warranty how could you go wrong. 10/10 recommend

I contacted Headlight Experts regarding an issue I was was experiencing with one of my headlights. Within a few hours they responded with two options. Option 1 would require me to send my bulbs back for analysis and replacement; meaning I would be without headlights until the replacements were received. The second option would be to write a review of my current headlight bulbs and for a small fee, I would be upgraded to a newer chipset made by Phillips.

I bought 2 sets of led headlights look an fit good my last set of led didn't last long so that's why I went with this company ive had them for about a year now

Good tech support by phone operational questions. Warrantee issues did require communications via their "contact us" email from ther web site however they were responsive even over the weekend outside of normal customer service hours.

I purchased some 9005 led bulbs for my car about a year ago. I initially had some trouble with the installation (the lights would shut themselves off after a few seconds). Headlight Experts was responsive to my inquiry and was able to troubleshoot quickly (I needed a PWM module for my car). I was able to get it working soon and the lights were a big improvement over the old halogens. I was pleased with the communication from Headlight Experts.

I love the headlights can see much brighter at night sent them a Gmail about my problem got a fast response.

I Installed there LED Hi/Lo and fog lights in my 07 Mark LT. When I called to order, there sale's person was very friendly and knowledgeable. The headlights and fog lights were simple to install. The lights are very bright and white compared to the OEM which looked dull and yellow as if I was driving with candles. I will definitely order from them again.

I have used these head lights for several years now. They are super bright and have improved my visibility at greater distances than I ever thought possible. I live in a very rural area where the possibility totalling your vehicle with an animal strike is a constant danger. I have been able to avoid more accidents than I can count. I can't recommend highly enough.
