Ordered a Puffco Proxy 12/25 @1:08 pm, received delivery 12/29 @2:11 pm. The price was the best anywhere on the web ($216.27 after discount out the door). Could not be happier !! I will definitely do business with Headshop again.

Good product, disappointing fulfillment
The product is excellent (though not made by Headshop), but the shipping took forever and it seems to be a dropshipping company. The return address on the item I received was not for Headshop, it was for the manufacturer.

Doesn't actually fit focus v carta but they made it right
The product description says it fits the focus v Carta as well it does not the fit is not snug enough to fully seal
With that being said I was contacted by headshop.com within 48 hours of posting this review to see what they could do to make this right they offered a full refund or anything of equal value from there site and even threw in a $20 gift card to use at my discretion weather I took the refund or got something in exchange the gift card was mine either way they went above and beyond what they needed to I would highly recommend this site

Also bought a Freeze bubbler pipe, also very low-quality glass the internal percolating section self-cracked. Can't even use it.

What I originally ordered was out of stock after I purchased. They sent me what I chose at around the same price. Got the substituted product which was a wooden Dugout . It was so thin where the pipe is held , it broke after the 3rd use......... Update..... Customer Service reached out to me. Original product is back in stock. And sending it as a replacement to the broken substituted product. Now that's Customer service

[UPDATED] So previously, I had stated how there was no tracking info provided. This remains true, but customer service has since assured me this was a mistake and NOT how transactions are supposed to enter the system. They’ve ensured that my future purchases will come detailed with USPS tracking. I would like to stress that I am now a happy customer and do plan on purchasing again, but would like to see better packaging for glass items going forward.
