They offered a great price point for a wide array of options. In general, the pictures offered were solid and professional, allowing for reasonable variations attributable to AI (e.g., I am bald but about 10% of the pictures decided to give me hair). Overall, worth the investment!

This did not capture my appearance
This did not capture my appearance accurately. The photos looked very artificial and not natural at all. I requested a refund, but because I downloaded some of the images, they refused. For context, I only downloaded the photos to try editing them in another app in an attempt to make my face look more like me. Overall, this was a waste of money. I do not recommend purchasing.

Too many with wrong hair length
I dislike that 1/3 of my pics had a different hair length than my own. Those were a waste of my investment.

Really user friendly tool, little pre-work and a broad selection of results. Only complaint was that the photos were too touched up, would prefer a more organic feel.

I do not like my pictures at all. They picked backgrounds. I did not select. They gave me weird hair colors and styles that did not match my pictures. I have asked for a refund.
