Some vape taste old and off on new products strange also says £30 spent free shipping always get charged £4.99 next day delivery doesn’t shows free shipping only sometimes something wrong with website also i bought reduced vape liquid shows £1 each when selected shows 1p each price changes depending on number of items obviously need correction also instead sending me the items they said out of stock which is not honest of them not my fault the next day I try to buy them again all corrected to £1 each and available also says I have to pay postage £4.99 instead of free as my total over £30 so it’s put me off buying for the time being

After they had only sent vape pods without the vape on my order it was resolved within 24hours and the item was sent out seamlessly.

Would of have had five stars. The only let down was the freshmint vape in the order did not last 100 puffs and it was meant to be 6000. I have asked for another to replace it and will revisit this review for the out come.

The service from the support team at customer service ( Evan ) is nothing short of the best I've ever received, faulty products were instantly dealt with and refunded ,I will no longer buy that particular brand but will try another brand similar and keep supporting Vape Gala as I feel the customer service department deserve this.

They sent the wrong products to me and…
They sent the wrong products to me and expected me to pay for the delivery charge when returning this I went back and forth with them and after explaining they gave me a free return label but said I will not be refunded for the original delivery charge when the products were delivered that was the wrong products. I would 100 % agree to charging me the delivery fee if the correct products were sent but why should I need to be charged for the delivery fee when the wrong products were sent in the first place.
HONESTLY AVOID THIS COMPANY. I have gone back and forth with this company and they have made my experience such a miserable one.

I've had mixed experiences with vapegala.co.uk. While their products and delivery are usually reliable, my recent order of a Crystal Pro 7000 turned out to be a disappointment, as it arrived fake with mismatched packaging and missing authenticity checks. On the other hand, they have good deals and responded quickly to a query about excluding nicotine shots from a vape liquid order. However, issues like poor customer service and requiring photo ID for large orders can be inconvenient. Overall, it's a risk ordering from them unless you can verify product authenticity beforehand. A decent site, but with notable downsides.
