I dint get my order tracking number for almost 10 days and when I contacted on WhatsApp I got reply after 2 days that my product become out of stock so they dint send it
I will try not to use headway website in future anymore.

Ridiculous customer support
Ridiculous customer support. My lid was leaking, no response for 2 months, I messaged again. They told me they will upgrade the product since they dont have a lid and I message daily since more than a week but there is not update. And everytime they ask me to share my concern on the same whatsapp chat.

Paint and design flaw
Paint done on the bottle wearing out. The lid on metal bottle has to be carefully placed on, which means there is some design flaw, As on the first day of use my wife did not put it on properly. Hence my son's books became soggy by spillage.
