This is the 3rd provider I have tried given issues with previous providers. Both Healing Leaves is great as well as the pharmacy service. Express post from QLD to VIC next day is impressive. W ill be sticking with Healing Leaves and Pharmacy Direct.

It takes over 8 days for my medication…
It takes over 8 days for my medication to arrive through my towns pharmacy and that is a wait I have never experienced through any other service I’ve used, they aren’t able to track and let you know when your medication is arriving I am having to change back to my last service due to this.

To clarify, our clinic provides the prescription, but we do not handle the dispensing or shipping of medications. We always recommend a select list of partner pharmacies that we verify have the medication in stock at RRP and can guarantee fast lead times. Because you chose to fulfill this script through an independent local pharmacy, we unfortunately have no visibility or control over their specific tracking and delivery times.
We completely understand why an 8-day wait is unacceptable for your health needs, and we would encourage you to share this feedback directly with that pharmacy. If you ever decide to give us another try, we'd be more than happy to direct your prescription to one of our preferred partner pharmacies to ensure a much smoother experience.

I switched to this clinic because a friend recommended for its practice and easy access. However, after my first consultation I received my scripts, place an order and the closest chemist available for pick up us 40min from my place, which I couldn’t change. I accepted that, place the order and it stayed like “pending” no further explanation on how long it would take to become available. I call for help (which was the highlight of the whole experience, as the Nikita was very helpful and kind to me) but later to find out it would take another 5 days for my medication to be ready. That doesn’t make any sense to me, why I have to pay in advance and still not able to pick up my own medication? Very disappointing.

Magnificent
Magnificent. Everyone I spoke to was so caring and understanding. Other places I called heard "bipolar" and immediately dismissed me as having psychosis.. Healing Leaves Clinic actually talked to me, heard from my doctor, didn't count me out without all the information, and actually helped me to begin alternative medicine. Very happy with my experience!

Inconsistent service
I was a patient for one year, then Healing Leaves said I required a letter from a specialist. Nothing had changed since my first consultation, yet they were uncompromising. I refused to provide the requested letter as my specialist is ignorant. I then requested a refund for the consultation which was refunded. After sending many emails to Healing Leaves I requested a discharge letter.Since then I have received a phone call saying that I can still remain with Healing Leaves without the specialist letter that they were so adamant that I required. I am also receiving many emails from Healing Leaves to continue with them. I find this inconsistent behaviour on their part.I have taken my buisness elsewhere as Healing Leaves was a consistent provider but things have obviously changed.

Just brilliant…
I wasn’t sure what to expect but my consult with Erin was just marvellous!

The new site for booking follow up consultation is rubbish. Have been trying to get in for two days
Old system worked way easier and I have nothing but gd things to say as healing leaves has been great 👍🏻

Hi Jamie, we do not require you to log in to book. Click any "Book Now" button on the website to get started, or simply visit the link and choose a time. https://healingleaves.com.au/consults/follow-up-consult
After booking through the new system you'll be given an account. This is stated on the Log in page, with the message "Only patients who have booked through our new booking system will have an account."
If you have any further issues, our support team are here to help via email and phone 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

This clinic knows that once you are their patient, you can't go to another doctor without a "discharge letter"
They will not give you this discharge letter, make up crazy amounts you have to pay them to get a discharge letter.
They know you can't go anywhere else and own you

We believe there has been some confusion here, and we would like to clarify a few important points.
Patients are welcome to discharge from our clinic at any time. We do not lock patients in, nor do we prevent them from seeking care elsewhere.
Due to the regulated nature of our clinic, a discharge letter is required only when a patient is actively under our care and wishes to transfer immediately to another clinic. This is a standard clinical and compliance requirement, not a restriction imposed by us.
If you have not had an appointment with our clinic in over six months, a discharge letter may not be required, depending on the patient and treatment history.
We do not “own” patients, and we do not charge “crazy amounts” to prevent patients from leaving. Any applicable fees are clearly outlined, relate only to administrative processing when required, and are consistent with industry standards.
We take feedback seriously, and if something has been misunderstood or communicated poorly, we would genuinely like the opportunity to look into this properly for you. Please contact our clinic directly so we can review your specific situation and provide you with accurate answers.
We are always happy to help clarify next steps.
Horrible clinic and an insolent doctor
HEALING LEAVES IS THE WORST CLINIC AND HAS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO. What a terrible clinic! The doctor Omar treated me with no care, no compassion and like I was a criminal for using alternative therapies. I had to prove my mental health condition by producing a psychiatrist report to the nurse. My first appointment was on Christmas Eve and after I was judged and treated with utter contempt by the doctor, he did not inform me of how or where I can get my script dispensed so I go unmedicated until the 5th of January. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I have received. The doctor was more concerned about being audited by TGA instead of caring for his patients. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor before. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this clinic needs to be shut down!

As an Australian healthcare clinic, we operate under strict clinical, regulatory, and privacy obligations to ensure patient safety and appropriate care at all times. These obligations sometimes require additional documentation and screening to ensure you are eligible.
Your appointment occurred during the Christmas period. Our clinic closure dates were communicated well in advance across multiple channels, and reduced availability across healthcare services and pharmacies during this time is common nationwide. Pharmacy opening hours are determined independently, and unfortunately fall outside our control. We strongly encourage patients to plan ahead during public holidays and seasonal closures where possible.
We are unable to discuss individual appointments, clinicians, or medical decisions in a public forum. However, we take feedback seriously and invite you to contact our support team directly if you would like your concerns reviewed and assistance provided in an appropriate and confidential manner.

Healing leaves is fabulous
ive been with healing leaves for over 2 years now. I switched from dispensed as their ordering process was expensive and difficult. Healing leaves has been amazing, the nurses are so lovely and helpful. The customer service team is also lovely and helpful when i've had to call about concerns. Healing leaves has fixed those concerns immediately. Their products are affordable and they 100% advocate for their patients. I recommend this company to anyone.
