Their website said that I could get insurance pricing on the website, so I filled out the form. This was not true. There is no pricing on the website. Instead I was bombarded with insurance agents calling, texting, and emailing me. I went back to the site and told them that I revoke my consent to contact me. They told me that contact would stop within 24 hours. That also was not true. Over a week later, I am still getting multiple calls per day. I told one agent that I did not want to do business and blocked his number. He continues to call multiple times per day from different numbers. I cannot get these people to just leave me alone.

If I could give negative infinity stars, I would. My experience with this agency was alarming and deeply unprofessional. After speaking with an initial health insurance representative, I was transferred to a broker named Ryan Suroz. He presented two options: MassHealth around $1,300/month and a private plan, First Health, at $700/month.

Because my preference was the First Health plan, he went over the details—claiming there were no deductibles for hospitalizations, ultrasounds, or surgeries, with costs of only $25 for a doctor visit, $50 for urgent care, and $50 for a specialist—and then asked for my personal details followed by my credit card information. When I asked him to email me the policy documents before I provided payment, his demeanor completely changed. He became aggressive, rude, and intimidating. He insisted that 'no broker in the US will email documents,' demanded to know why I needed to shop around or see details when he had access to the options, and questioned my authority to make health insurance decisions. His tone grew increasingly hostile and scary, repeatedly blaming me for 'not paying attention' just because I wanted to review the paperwork.

I hung up the call, but the harassment didn't stop—now my husband and I are flooded with dozens of spam calls from multiple numbers. This predatory behavior and bullying tactics are unacceptable. Stay away!

Aggressive and 100% scary. When I wanted to pause my inquiry into their services I said so and hung up. The representative repeatedly called me back getting more hostile each time. He even referenced my age trying to intimidate me.

I entered my information and was called immediately. WHich is fine. The agent then proceeded to talk over me, tell me that NOTHING was going to be sent to me in writing till I decided on what plan I wanted, and then interrupted me 5x during the call so they could continue what I would call a scripted reply to any question that was just nonsense. I would rather buy insurance from a guy on the corner selling dogshit.

Do not contact this "company" because you will literally be harassed ALL day, by phone, text and email! Even after you contact them, their "agents" will swear at you when you ask for a supervisor, call you stupid and be as abusive as that is apparently the company moto!

They do not offer actual assistance to get you insurance either, because they will only "offer" the most expensive plans and don't ask if you prefer any particular provider or anything else that they SHOULD be asking if they actually wanted to help people!!!

I filled out a questionnaire in order to get information on insurance. I unchecked the box giving consent for them to send me text messages, and almost immediately I began to receive non-stop text messages. This site appears to be a scam that sells your information to individuals selling insurance.

I completed a form and clicked a very clear button to request viewing plan options... and instead had my phone number given to dozens of brokers in my area. Now, I'm getting texts and phones calls non-stop for several days.

I put my information on the form and clicked the submit button which said to see their pricing. Instead a message came up saying they would give me a call, no pricing was given on the website. That was 4 days ago and I'm still receiving multiple phone calls each day from the same number, except the last 2 digits are different. Each time I ask to be removed from their internal call list and they hang up immediately. Do not enter information on the website unless you wish to receive relentless calls at all times of the day, even when you've made it clear you're not interested.

They will not stop calling. I told them the first time to stop calling, I was not interested. They call from different phone lines, so I keep blocking them, if I do answer they just breath into the phone. What a nightmare!!!

I was looking for information on if I qualified for medicaid, went through the form to request said information. It resulted in NOTHING after I gave ALL my information!!! On the second to last page of the form, it said to click for pricing? Which it shouldn't cost anything! I just wanted to know if I qualified. On the last page, it gave no "pricing", no "information". All it gave was a message to expect a call from some 866 # and then my phone blew up with multiple numbers trying to reach me. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

Had a representative just help me and wanted to leave them a 5 star rating.

Scam advert. They pay to be at the top of Google search. Promise you to see Medicare plans and costs. Then take you through a series of screens where they collect all your personal data - birth date, address, phone number- then show you absolutely NOTHING! NO PLANS! NO PRICES. Just that one of their sales people will call you! Don’t even begin with such a scammy dishonest deceiving company. I’m sorry I can’t give them a minus 10.

Very aggressive sales tactics. The sales agent and her supervisor refused to give me their phone number for call back. They demanded that I give them my credit card number immediately without letting me review the health plan offering on my own time.

Whatever you do do not call them they will bumper you night and day with calls from different people and when you keep telling them to stop calling you and report them to the do not call registry which my number is registered to they call you from different phone numbers I explained to them that I am already satisfied with what I have and they will not stop calling you. The last call I get was a 8 PM and they even have trust pilot on. Do not call them. Trust me. I’m not the only one that keeps getting bombarded by this company and they want you to speak to a representative. Who’s anyone out there and when you tell them to please stop calling you they hang up on you.

The agents are only interested in their $125 fee and misrepresent what the plan is and what it covers. They bundle in dental, vision, hearing, and life insurance with a supplemental health insurance plan that is very limited and you don’t find out until you’ve signed up and paid. Be very careful! When you insist on seeing the policy first, they tell you “You are breaking up” or they will hang up on you.

Wanted prices online, but someone called me instead. I communicated that the current prices he can offer me are not affordable. He just hung up without a goodbye.

Do NOT give them your phone number. They will call you every 30 mins, and politely explaining that you no longer need insurance and asking to be taken off the call list does nothing. Blocking the numbers also does not help because they seem to have infinite numbers they call from. I wish I could give negative stars.

Spam the first person who called said they couldn't help me with what i needed. Medicare. the second caller was pushy amd rude. I Asked to be taken off the call list. I recieved / blocked 9 calls after that and it is starting again today. Im thinking about blowing a duck whistle into the phone next time they call

A friend of mine used Healthcare.com to find his medigap plan and highly recommended me to do the same. I was a bit skeptical at first, since I've always used my town's local agent but they were able to match me to a bigger national agency and helped me find plans I didn't know about. The process was quite straight forward, they asked me a couple of questions online and then matched me to an agent. The agent was very friendly and knowledgable and wasn't pushy at all. I highly recommend it.
