Brilliant as you can book an appointment for when it suits you, appointments available allday everyday mon-sun, it's fantastic especially when it's so hard to see your own GP. Only downfall even if you get free prescriptions on NHS you have to pay with these as it's private, but it's better to get yourself sorted than wait for your own GP

We now live in a 3rd world country, where you can't get a doctors appointment. So you have to use this great service but have to pay for the prescription ( im over 65) so it's private. So im paying twice.. lol. Ive paid my NI for over 45 years , laughable.

After trying to get a GP appointment and being told the soonest I could be seen was in 3 weeks, being able to get a video appointment and prescription within 24 hours was a godsend. At least I was able to start treatment for my issue while I wait to talk to my GP in 3 weeks.

Help when it’s needed! Reassuring that you can speak to a professional when you need to and get a prescription.

It's one of the best services. I wish it existed on the NHS

After being let down by my registered GP, again, who completely ignored my request, I was able to call Benenden and was able to arrange a consultation withing an hour. Brilliant help and support.

Very professional service and informative.

Quick to get the appointment online and the video call was helpful and gave me the diagnosis and treatment I needed without going to the GP.

I was leaving for Japan at 9.30am and during the night (3am) I realised I was having a reaction to mosquito bites.
The GP was able to diagnose & prescribe antibiotics which I collected from Heathrow Airport Boots at 5.30am!

Such an easy system to use. Booked a video call with a clinician so easily and was arranged so quickly. Was seen on time, was able to upload photos so clinician had more information to support my concern, and got an open referral emailed immediately to me. So much less hassle than trying to get a local GP appointment, and having to wait weeks to see someone. Convenient, timely, lovely to speak to, and quick referral so could then get booked with a specialist through my private health provider.

This company is excellent great value for money the team are excellent the doctors are fantastic and you can get a appointment

They made it all easy and they were very helpful. They listened and explained things. Everything was sorted and without delays. I was/am very grateful for all their help and with the speed that everything was done and how they send you a message to inform you of the next step etc.... Amazing.

First time I used Health Hero and really rate the experience. Dr Leslie Town was first class and provided excellent medical advice. Only waited 15 mins for an appointment and the tech experience worked brilliantly. Highly recommend.
