So easy to make an appointment on line, by filling in a simple form.
So quick, an appointment was offered to me the next day.
Confirmation text was sent to me.
A reminder text was sent to me 15 mins before the consultation was due to start.

I have used this service on a few occasions over the years and have never been disappointed. The ease of booking online to see someone on the same day relieves the stress of waiting for call backs from your surgery & they have always been able to solve problems regardless of the issue. I have been able to get advice, referrals and a sick note plus communication with my own surgery enabling me to receive medication really quickly! Worth every penny in my opinion 😊

The best service is GP access 24/7. You can choose the time that is suitable to you and have an option of choosing the type of appointments.
Collection of prescription is highly convenient, you can go to any pharmacy.
Other claimable services are excellent too.

Really excellent service with brilliant patient care and support from doctors

From the initial call to the consultation the service and support cannot be faulted. I have used this service for prescriptions when you cannot get a doctors appointment for weeks and also for a fit note when my back pain was unbearable and again unable to get a doctors appointment. These are a lifeline when it is needed.
