Helpful and friendly staff excellent aftercare I would definitely recommend to a friend

I am very happy with the service I received from the beginning and continously...all the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.
Mr Singhal done my sleeve and I couldn't be happier.

The pre-op conversations were average and seemed to revolve around making sure that I was going to pay for the surgery, not around the care in general. Post-op I received unscheduled calls (which weren't rescheduled when I told the caller that I wasn't available) and I was informed that an appointment with a nutritionist was something that I had to arrange myself despite it being listed as part of the package that I had paid for. I am relying on social media and online literature to carry on my own post-op care and to bumble through the nutritional side of things.

I was explained what to expect and was not worried to ask questions.

It will soon be my two year anniversary from having a gastric sleeve organised with healthier weight the staff etc have been great always been on the other end of the phone when I needed them, they also checked up and called many times to see how I was getting and thats the whole two years not just the first month . My surgeon Rishi Singhal top man true professional in his job 👏 New me = New life = Healthy life . 26/01/22

So far in my journey the experience has been excellent. The standard of customer service is 100% and any issues/queries/concerns have been dealt with very efficiently and both myself and my daughter have been put at ease. I would certainly recommend Healthier Weight.

Contact from the team was quick, friendly and I could have had my operation within 3 weeks of initial contact, although I chose a longer lead in time to suit existing commitments.
The cost is all-inclusive, no hidden fees although you are asked to swipe your card at the hospital as standard.
Mr Jumbulingham at Spire Bushey was brilliant, my wounds are well healed and very neat. The staff at the hospital were all brilliant, spotlessly clean room and no difference in treatment than had I booked with the hospital directly.
My only feedback is that I had a suspected stone stuck in my bile ducts the week ahead of surgery, this was beyond healthier weights remit and so I needed to arrange scans direct with Mr Jumbulingham which seemed to throw the customer care team at healthier weight as they weren't sure how to put me in contact with him (he did actually text/call me directly which I felt was above and beyond and very appreciated).
All of the emails I received from healthier weight were about weight loss surgery, I would suggest that some gallbladder literature is prepared as a lot of the information was completely irrelevant to me!
Overall a brilliant experience and I would recommend healthier weight and Mr Jumbulingham to others!

Staff were absolutely amazing I booked my surgery whilst on holiday and they were so accommodating to the time difference including my consultation with my surgeon any questions I had they awnsered they were so polite and helpful. They made my pre opp experience better then I could have imagined I haven’t had my opp yet but I can’t imagine a better company to go through. They were so easy to get in touch with never mind how quick the my process was took me 3 days from my first initial reach out to actually having a surgery date

After being denied by a different company due to health reasons, Healthier weight were amazing they put me at ease throughout the process. Mr singhal was amazing and put me at so much ease and made me laugh and smile- which helped the pre op nerves on the day! Everyone was so amazing and the aftercare has been fab too! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Prof Singhal was brilliant from start to finish and the nursing, physio, dietician, and admin team have done and continue to do an amazing job. I couldn’t be happier

Attentive nurses and great aftercare.
The only reason I haven’t given a 5star is cos you are sent home with 1mth supply of laprozole and need the gp to get subsequent supplies

Procedure was a dream the surgeon mr singhal was amazing. I would go again 🤗

I received the best care, compassion, respect but most importantly all the doctors and nurses were so knowledgeable

I had the Gastric sleeve through healthier weight and the care before and after has been fantastic. The team support you throughout the process and are always on the other end of the phone to answer any questions or concerns. The aftercare has been fantastic also. The nurses call you regularly post op and you can call anytime with any questions, worries etc. they have been really supportive and caring. I’m so glad I went through healthier weight!

From the first moment of enquiry…to the free consultation and follow up.. I have been super impressed with Healthier Weight . They give so much information , support , and everyone has been down to earth.. friendly and non pressuring . They have an excellent range of treatments and procedures, all with fantastic after care . Highly recommended !
