I’ve read a lot of the 1 star reviews, mostly related to shipping issues and unexpected auto renewal.
I also had the shipping delay and the unexpected auto renewal after purchasing the buy 2 get one free package.
I emailed the company and they immediately responded by explaining how my initial order triggered the auto renewal. They cancelled the second order and auto renewal and refunded my money immediately.
Now to the product: I am kind of a nerd but can be a sucker for trying things that look promising. All of the various Nattokinase manufacturers provided enough info for me to be intrigued. I started the Healthletic product not expecting to see much. After several weeks I kind of noticed I was sleeping better but that was about it. After a month I thought I noticed a slight improvement in energy as well. I also then started adding a dose of K2 to my supplement mix.
After about 2 months though I noticed a big drop in energy and light headed dizziness when bending down and getting up from a chair. No other symptoms
I went to the doctor and was shocked that my BP was 84/49!!! I have been on BP meds for 20 years and never got below 130.
This was last week. I went off of one BP med and all supplements including the Natto. My BP after 1 week is now 120/85.
I am wondering if the Natto is actually working and dropped my BP so low that is causing the fatigue.
I have a calcium CT scan scheduled for next week. I’m going to stay with my one BP med and no supplements to see if my BP and fatigue stabilize before I try to reintroduce the Natto
I was wondering if there is a forum where I can share my experience to get further insight.

Stay Away from Healthletic. I placed my order on June 13, and I am still waiting. The item hasn't even shipped yet. I contacted Healthletic and they just said sorry for the delay. I am starting to think that I got scammed. It seems sketchy and unproffessional. I would not recommend this company. This will be my first and last time with Healthletic. It is so dissappointing and frustrating.

Ordered nattokinase in March 2026. Here we are in August and no product. They keep saying that my order is still being processed.

I was really looking forward to taking this supplement, and when it started to work negatively on my body functions, the customer service department was so very kind and helpful. A really wonderful company.❤️

My experience was great however it would be nice if it would allow me to adjust my subscription refills. I purchased them by three and get two free subscription to save money but would like to space out my refills longer than every 28 days!

Over 8 weeks and haven't received my order. Was told it had been shipped and given a bogus tracking number that said label created. Save your money and don't shop with these guys, they are absolutely terrible.

I originally ordered this product believing it was a one-time purchase. Shortly after ordering, I received an email saying my order had been received and would ship soon.

After three weeks with no shipment, I tried to track my order and log into my account, but couldn’t. I had to contact customer service just to access my account, and that’s when I discovered I had somehow been enrolled in a subscription. I decided I was okay with that—as long as the product shipped and the service improved.

I was then told the company was backlogged but that my order would be shipping soon. Several weeks later, I still had nothing. I reached out again and was promised the order would ship within a few days, along with a 20% discount for the inconvenience.

Nearly two months after placing my original order, the product finally shipped. Instead of applying the promised discount, the company processed my subscription and sent two orders at once, charging me over $100. I never received the 20% discount that had been promised.

After using the product for about a month, I wasn’t impressed. In my experience, comparable products I’ve purchased on Amazon have performed better.

Between the confusing subscription enrollment, the lengthy shipping delays, the broken promise regarding the discount, and the product’s performance, my overall experience was disappointing. I canceled my subscription and will be going back to the product I was previously using.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Searching for something that would help with the fibrin buildup in my arteries and saw all the ads on facebook for at least 10 different companies selling nattokinase , Healthletic.io is not the one to buy from. Takes forever to ship and forced auto renew monthly. China made so be aware

HEALTHLETIC Nattokinase tablets contain metal and shouldn’t be consumed. I wasn’t feeling good so tore a capsule open and more than half the mixture in the capsule contained metal so much so almost the entire capsule stuck to my magnet. Just wanted to warn people to buy a different organic brand but do not consume these

I ordered a product on July 20, 2026. no response from the company. no notice of shipment. it is now 8/3/26, since this is a health product I expected a speedy delivery, not 2 weeks plus later.they charged my card so a refund would be appropriate.

Great except I'd like free shipping on such a big order.

Order never sent; emailed to query, told it had shipped and received a tracking number - when tracing that, my item was still at xyz facility, only the label printed (apparently): I emailed again and was told a specialist would contact me to explain the situation. This person could only apologize for the delay. I doubt any of these emails are written by humans. Many online reports mirror the situation I have. Save your money and buy from a reputable traceable company.

This is the worst purchase ever. Place an order on june 19th 2026 and until now no news of it. Customers service couldnt be bothered. Definitely last purchase from this brand

These guys are horrible. They keep charging me for things that I did not order. They won't leave me alone with new order confirmations on things I never ordered. The order I did submit never got here. It was shipped from Lithuania. Aren't these guys supposed to be in the US?
