Normally the service is good, but this time delivery was cancelled 2/3s through the day which meant we lost two days instead of one. When we get notifications it usually works well.
Delivered on time exact date very kind driver gave me a needle box as mine was full and there wasn’t a replacement with the order, but he had to have a spare one which he let me have

Normally a great service provider but…
Normally a great service provider but had requested an AM slot. Was given a PM slot instead and ended up being the end of the day too - delivery was at 5.45pm. This meant changes had to be made to travel plans. Was advised that I could leave delivery with a neighbour but my medication is newly released and very expensive to the NHS so I wasn't comfortable leaving £1000 worth of meds with someone else.

The nurse was exceptional
The nurse was exceptional, checked how I was doing throughout the process. Currently working for the NHS it's nice to see how nurses out side of the NHS can provide assistance and this was great

Asked for morning, was given afternoon
I asked for a morning delivery. The slot sent to me was 13.24-15.24. The actual delivery was a few minutes earlier than 13.24. The deliverer was very pleasant and made sure I knew the medication had to be stored in a fridge.
