There isn’t a rating low enough for them!!
This companies performance is not rateable. They simply are not fit for purpose and I can not believe that health authorities are being conned into using their services.
I was referred to them in December 2025 and now at the end of August 2026, I am no further down the line. They cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice then can’t offer alternative appointment , they give absolutely no physio service just a bit of paper and they don’t even show you how to do the exercises once. It is a disgraceful company. Move to a health authority that has the sense not to use them!!!!!

Long wait to see a specialist clinician
I have now been waiting more than 5 months for a referral up the chain to a clinician after not really getting any improvement after various sets of exercises and my free 6 weeks in the gym. I have been on a waiting list for a local appointment for months after an appointment was cancelled, so I called again as they do appointments in 6 weeks blocks. But there are still no appointments available locally and I had no choice but to accept one at least an hour away. What's the point of the NHS outsourcing to this private, for-profit company if they can't better service than the NHS?

Let down
Had a triage which I thought went ok. Gethin was very knowledgeable and said although they couldn't help me and I'd have to be sent to hospital pain management he would do a letter. Chased Cora a week later and they've closed my case saying a letter has been sent electronically but guess what my GP doesn't have it so now I don't have any help at all.

I had a shoulder operation
I had a shoulder operation, couple of days later had a physiotherapy appointment gave me two exercises to do and will be contacted by a new company for a follow up appointment three months went by no letter or nothing.Diabolical I then got a letter saying they were going to council the physio said they sent me text messages via Cora . Which I dismissed as a nuisance text as I had no clue who they were. By now I believe my shoulder is much worse because I had no follow up appointment older people should be made aware of this company and avoid and go to a proper physiotherapists where you get the proper advise and treatment.

FAILING SERVICE-CORA Pain clinic.
My adult daughter was referred to the pain management clinic 8 months ago by the GP after she was diagnosed with both Fybromyalgia and PMOS at the same time. In that time she has had one assessment phone call and one text message to say she is next on the waiting list. They rang and by the time I had passed her the phone she missed the call. You cannot ring them, the GP rang them to be told she is back on the waiting list and it is now 8 months later. This service is not fit for purpose. And if I could give it a minus I would it’s been appalling.

Still waiting for an appointment
Overall, my experience with Cora Health has been very negative. No appointment received so after 6 weeks I phoned to ask about an appointment and while on the phone I asked about the availability of disability parking. They said they had no parking for patients at all at St Georges House, Wolverhampton, leaving disabled and other patients to walk from a local supermarket car park. St Georges House has high walls and is gated. After I pointed out that disability parking is a legal requirement for a medical facility they started to treat me with disdain. They made an appointment for me which I knew nothing about (and was not at a time or day I could make). Then they phoned me up to ask why I had not attended an appointment that had been cancelled by them, and with the person I did have an appointment with, she insisted the appointment was at a specific time on a specific day that was not convenient for me, but I agreed to it (and rearranged my prior commitments) because I was given no other option, and when I turned up for the appointment I was told the clinician had gone home ill (should I believe this?). So, more than three months on, I am still waiting for an appointment.

Great treatment
I was seen by Dorcas, who was so kind & friendly, at the Ilford Exchange centre on a very hot day. The treatment room was spotlessly clean & cool. An excellent first time experience with Cora Health

Honestly
Honestly, I don't even need to go through my appointment (oh hang on, telephone consultation, an URGENT one) to be able to tell this is not gonna help at all. Shocking. I've had one appointment already with a physio from Cora health who has been asking me the same questions over and over again, then mind of looked at my knee injury and said oh it's probably the tendon. Right, my private MRI results say otherwise but nevermind. He's given me exercises to do, which could actually make my injury worse ( pretty sure I can use that and his name when I do a legal action against the treatment I have, or rather, have not received. Urgent referral - phone consultation. I mean, don't make me laugh. 🤣🤦🏼 And what they're gonna exactly do over the phone? Hand me crutches? Don't think so. Ask the same questions as everyone else? I don't plan on repeating myself again, so they better be prepared with all the info when they call🤷🏼

Tell your GP that you do not want to be referred to Cora Health.
Initial assessments via phone whereas what was needed was a physical examination to establish cause of pain and measures to reduce it. Follow up face to face appointment several weeks later and physio prescribed. Extremely difficult to get any follow up appointments despite numerous phone calls. Told to phone again next week. Extremely poor service.

I’m currently having physiotherapy with Jacob at Cora Health, Wembley, and I’ve had a very positive experience so far. Jacob is professional, friendly and caring. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly and always encourages me. I’m still continuing my treatment, but I’m very happy with the support and care I’ve received. Highly recommend Jacob and Cora Health!

What made my experiencence so good Cora health
What made my experience so good, the very short waiting list, i was seen within a week, the reception staff at Cora health, was friendly, also the staff at the Mri clinic. If this is private/nhs keep up the good work, so far impressed.

Not impressed
I have now been waiting for almost 2 years for a meaningful treatment for muscular pain. I reported the problem on two separate occasions; the first one was lost completely. The last meeting I was offered a specialist appointment. That was months ago. No contact with a specialist. I have a further meeting scheduled for September, in a few weeks, but expect very little. My local hospital in Henley on Thames has devoted a large amount of its total space to Cora, but I see very little from it. The musculoskeletal services of Oxon and Bucks have been given over to them. What a joke. How did this set of clowns get a valuable NHS contract, and looking at the rating of their services here, why are they holding on to it?

Absolutely appalling experience.
I waited almost **two months** for a physiotherapy appointment while my condition continued to get worse. After such a long wait, I made sure I was available for my scheduled telephone appointment and kept my phone with me throughout the appointment window.
**Nobody called me.**
When I contacted Cora Health to find out what had happened, I was told that the physiotherapist had supposedly called me **three times**. However, my phone showed **no incoming calls, no missed calls and no voicemail**. When I challenged this and asked for evidence or for someone to verify the call records, nobody appeared interested in investigating what had actually happened.
Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I was simply told that a manager would **"call me back at some point."** That call **never came**. I am still waiting to be contacted.
No apology. No explanation. No accountability.
What is most disappointing is not just the missed appointment, but the complete lack of ownership. If a patient says they never received a call, the response should be to investigate the matter properly, not to dismiss their concerns without evidence and then fail to follow through on a promised callback.
This is a healthcare service. Delays have real consequences. My condition has worsened while waiting for this appointment, and because of this failure I am now facing even more delays before receiving the care I need.
I have submitted a formal complaint and requested a full investigation into what happened, including verification of the alleged calls and why I was promised a callback from a manager that never happened.
Based on my experience, I have completely lost confidence in this service and would not recommend it to anyone.

Awful service
Had knee issues, Went to GP who ordered an MRI scan and results showed a torn ligament and the GP explained I would need surgery and she would refer me to a surgeon. However had an email a week later from Coral Health MSK department saying they will look at my case and arrange an appointemt in due course. 4 weeks later nothing so I phoned them. They said I could arrange a telephone appoitment in 6 weeks time! I asked what ths would be for and they said to talk with a clinician about my knee and possible physio! Im not waiting 6 weeks to talk to someone for them to tell me what my GP has already said. I made an appointment to go back to my GP as I feel this has been incorrectly triaged and to see if it can be expedited.
