Great service
This is my dogs regular food and she is well on it. I have now started a monthly subscription. I rang the office to check if I’d set my subscription up properly and they advised that Pre Xmas delivery was to be sent slightly early to ensure delivery over the bank holiday. Very helpful, friendly and efficient and no long wait in the phone to speak to someone either!!!

I usually order by phone but they were not answering so I ordered on line. I am always very pleased with the product which I have bought for my dogs for 10yrs now.
I was running short and unfortunately I didn’t get my delivery for over 2 weeks and ran out had to use a substitute and unfortunately my dog had diarrhoea a not unusual occurrence with GSDs. All is well I must emphasise I am very pleased with Healthy Paws products an wouldn’t use anything else just a delivery problem which I am sure will be blamed on Covid19.

Hello, sorry that you had problems with our delivery service. Our warehouse were closed over Christmas so no orders would have gone out. Our delivery service is usually extremely reliable, offering a 2 days turn around if ordered before 12pm. I'm sorry you had to experience this.

Best dog food ever
Our cocker spaniel has been using Healthy Paws for over 3 years he previously had stomach issues all that has cleared up, he has a really healthy looking coat and he doesn't get knots in his fur anymore, we now have a boarder terrier and a puppy cocker spaniel who both love healthy paws ordering is easy delivery is fast thank you healthy paws team

Our dog has been on this food since she was a pup, her coat is always so shiny, we get complements all the time on her beautiful coat, every vet check up he’s always remarked on what a well looked after dog she is.
