My request was handled promptly, clear instructions given on the procedure and policy and after receipt by Healy’s of the return, the refund was made same day. Great service - I would certainly recommend them and buy from them again.

Pretty sure it’s not an original issue MOD Army knife but it’s a beautifully crafted bit of kit which will stand up, I hope, to some real punishment in the woods. Strong leather sheath with many rivets and strong stitching (no threads anywhere).
And John is a great guy to deal with. Prompt simple replies to emails.
