Hean Castle Estate - Holiday Cottages Opiniones 

It's our third visit to White Cottage which says it all. The cottage has everything needed for a lovely relaxing holiday. The cottage is finished to a high standard with a generous welcome pack and treats for the dog too. The location is perfect with Saundersfoot centre, the beach and Wiseman Bridge Inn all walkable in minutes. The garden is beautiful with sunloungers and a fire pit too. The only thing to be aware is that the garden is enclosed but not 100% secure if you have a naughty young dog like ours. We will definitely return again soon.

We had a throughly enjoyable holiday at White Cottage. We really appreciated that someone popped by shortly after we arrived to make sure that everything was good - and it certainly was! The cottage is perfectly designed with a great flow and extremely well equipped. We made good use of the woodburner on chilly evenings. The cottage is so well positioned, right by the beach and a convenient stroll to Saundersfoot or across to Wiseman’s Bridge. We’ve already booked another stay here!

From start to finish our stay at Culverton was perfect! The house is in a fantastic location, beautiful views and so many lovely places to visit within walking distance! But why would you want to leave? Every tiny detail has been thought out, from the important things to even the tiniest of details! It is even better than in the photos!
The house was absolutely spotless, Helen came to greet us when we arrived and gave us some lovely tips on where to eat, and made sure we had everything we needed.
We even had a welcome hamper which had so many lovely local produce in it.
We are counting down the days till we can return!

at Hean Castle estate, from booking to arriving back home. Absolutely stunning lodge in a beautiful location with lots of added touches to welcome us! Special thanks to Kim for arranging my husband’s birthday balloons - so appreciative, the little touches mean a lot. Also thanks to Helen for her wonderful welcome & kindness. This was our 2nd stay at Coppitt Hall Lodge & we’ll definitely be returning (hopefully soon). Thanks to all the team for creating such a wonderful haven in our favourite place!

We met Helen and Kim - lovely ladies, approachable, non intrusive - we had a small issue with the TV which was dealt with effortlessly and swiftly (shout out to ACDC Electrics)

White Cottage is set back from Coppet Beach in Saundersfoot and is exceptional. It is very comfortable and well equipped; with the added bonus of being dog friendly. The Heane Leisure team go out of their way to ensure all your needs are met. We had a wonderful time. All of the properties are of the same high standard. You won't be disappointed.

Quality and location of the property (Culverton) was unparalleled with any previous uk holiday cottage we've stayed at. Communication was excellent. Welcome pack was so lovely and appreciated. Would recommend without hesitation as a very happy guest

Third stay in Hean Estate Cottages this year but first time booking Culverton! It was marvellous. Views are spectacular, still missing waking up in the gorgeous master suite bedroom! Downstairs open plan layout is all about that seascape! Furnished and supplied to that very high standard we’ve come to expect of Hean estates. As usual all the members of the team we saw were so pleasant and helpful.
Thoroughly enjoyed the location, short walk across to nearby pub and very pleasant walk along the pathway to Saundersfoot.
As a regular holiday visitor to Hean Holiday Cottages almost embarrassed (but delighted) to say booked in again next year! 😁

We have stayed in other Hean Estate properties so our expectations were really high but Culverton exceeded them. This property has the wow factor in spades and to complement, as always, Kim and her Team provide friendly, welcoming and five star customer service. They really should run training courses on how to exceed customer satisfaction at every opportunity. Another lovely, relaxing stay. Keep up the exemplary work, Team Hean.

Cleanest property i have ever stayed in..Lovely welcome pack with basics plus treats.
Would have liked to have known that bathroom was on bend of the staircase which made it difficult to access for elderly or anyone with a mobility problem.
Apart from this excellent accommodation and location.
Would like to return to one of the other properties.

Yet another fantastic stay at Heane cottages, this time the white house. As ever property immaculate and a lovely handwritten note and welcome hamper.Helen popped to see us, and as always made us feel very welcome and valued as returning guests.Already booked for 2026

The house was stunning great views very clean spacious and everything we needed.Helen who greeted us when we arrived was fantastic very friendly knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us.

White cottage was beautiful and immaculate. The quality of furnishings was of a high standard and more than adequate for three of us. We were greeted with a basic food hamper so we didn’t need to rush out to the shop.
The cottage is perfectly positioned for access on foot to Coppet hall, Saundersfoot and Wisemans bridge.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday.

This holiday home was the best we've ever stayed in. We had very high expectations before we arrived as we knew the location was excellent, plus we had seen photos on the website and read the reviews. The cottage exceeded those expectations. From the fabulously warm welcome, to the immaculate cleanliness, and wow factor views (we had magnificent early morning sunrises). Inside the cottage, everything is to a high spec and the space outside was perfect for relaxing and playing with our dogs. I loved the way it was dog friendly but didn't smell of dogs or have any other tell-tale signs that you sometimes see in other dog friendly holiday lets. Hean Castle Estate staff were fantastic from start to end. Super responsive prior to our holiday, replying to emails almost immediately (even on weekends) and a lovely face to face welcome on the day of our arrival. Every detail was considered, and everything was to an incredibly high standard, we couldn't have asked for anything more.

We had a fantastic first time staying at White Cottage. Although we know the area well after many happy family holidays, our first impressions and welcome pack were the best and most thoughtful we have ever experienced. The little touches go along way in including the handwritten card and personal welcome visit by Helen the Head Housekeeper.The cottage is decorated and finished to an exceptional standard. Its location is magical and so close to Coppet Hall beach and all the amenities and delights that Saundersfoot always has to offer. The coastal walk to Wisemans Bridge is highly recommended. We also walked across the meadow to St Issells Church which was lovely. We really didn't want to leave the cottage or Saundersfoot and we will do our very best to return again soon!

We had a fantastic holiday in White Cottage as usual. The cottage is beautifully maintained and so well equipped. The welcome food treats are very much appreciated. The garden is very spacious and secure with easy access to beach and the rest of the joys of Pembrokeshire.
We can’t wait to come back.

Another great week, with great weather. Kim and team as usual excelled. White Cottage is perfect for a stroll to Saundersfoot, through the tunnels to Wisemans Bridge, a lazy day on the beach or a base to explore. The cottage was/is, as always, just as we left if and we tore ourselves away … till the next time.

The lodge was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and comfortable. The location was excellent, being so close to the beach and village, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The welcome hamper was superb - thank you! Kim and all the team members we encountered were really friendly and helpful.
