He also gave a clear explanation whilst he demonstrated what he was doing. This, for me, was especially helpful. Throughout his visit he was courteous and professional.

Arrived on time and we mentioned the monthly plan The Boss looked at our paperwork and told us we would be wasting our money as we were still under guarantee. We used HeatAyr a few time now over the past year at our caravan, very prompt when we called with an emergency gas leak. That was our first use. After that they installed a new central heating boiler and radiators, since then they helped with leaks during the bad freeze and gave us some good advice on how to prevent any issues in our caravan also. Friendly knowledgable employees.

Made contact on Tuesday 11th February about boiler replacement, Aaron arrived when he said he would to survey the job, said he would get quotes over to us and the different boiler options the next morning.
We picked a boiler and they got
us in the diary for today Friday 14th February.
Mark the engineer turned up on time and gave us a detailed description of what was going to happen, very clean and tidy individual who clearly enjoys his work, once the install was completed he explained everything in detail and gave us all the relevant paperwork.
