We manage quite a few properties around London/ Kent/ Herts, flats and houses, many require annual gas safety checks and services especially this time of year. Bob fits them in without hesitation and keeps me updated throughout. He’s very professional, he has good work ethics, very efficient and affordable. He’s carried out radiator/ boiler repairs and replacements, especially on the new refurb projects needing new installations. He and his team are trustworthy and friendly. We had a few issues that had to be addressed with our boiler and radiators at home and Bobby was recommended by a friend. He not only accommodated our request but had the time, patience and knowledge to explain why the issue occurred, the remedy, cost and what we can do to avoid any future issues.

He was very professional, on time and even cleaned up after the work was done. We also had a HIVE home heating system installed by him which was done in a timely manner at a very high standard but at a fraction of the cost.

He never rushed or pressured us into buying anything that we don’t need and always listened to what we had to say before answering any questions.
