Used HeatGlow twice now for annual boiler service. Most recently by Tom, great service provided, he helped with all the various additional queries I had around the house. Online booking system also a very useful option.

6yrs excellent service. During this annual servicing I said I was having problems with one radiator, they did an inspection then explained clearly what options were possible to improve the system. Then carried out a simple procedure which has improved the system . And, all at no extra cost. Genuine, friendly, know their trade are quiet thorough efficient and very helpful. I recommend them with no hesitation.

I had an issue with a pressure and some radiators not heating up fully. It was easy to make an appointment at the time it suited me, the engineer was on time, did boiler service, provided advice, tested the radiators and all done within the agreed time. Very pleased with a good quality service
