From start to finish they have been excellent…

Phoned for a quote and Jay came next day knew exactly what I needed to install my new Dimplex Heater and then received the quote within 30 minutes.

I then called the office and booked me in to replace my old heater next week.

Jay & Tayler have been superb in their professionalism and attitude and very helpful which is a credit to the company.

Would certainly recommend Heath Electrical and would use them again if I need them.

Had an issue with external lighting and rang Heath Electrical Services. The works were scheduled by Tayler who even informed us that the engineer would be earlier than scheduled. Sam conducted the works and identified and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Have used this company before and always found them to provide a highly professional service.

Boiler service was done efficiently. The service from Heath Electrical was pleasant from booking to completion of the works. Competitive price too.

Gas Engineer was on time and polite. Advanced notification of arrival showing location was great also.
Punctual, performed the gas service on the boiler, showed me the findings and was done quickly.

I have used these guys many times and they never fail to be professional, polite and informative.
They fitted a NEST controller, house alarm and security lights - everything was tested thoroughly and all mess was cleared up and taken away.

Recently used Heath Electrical for EV charger install. They completed a site visit and were very knowledgeable and a quote was promptly provided. Booking was simple and availability was within 1 week. Engineer did a good tidy install.

Heath we’re probably not the cheapest but this is a decent size company with good service, not your 1 man and a van type who has a massive waiting list.

Overrshoes should be worn or take off outdoor shoes, At least ask if it's OK to wear outdoor shoes inside.
When he accessed the loft one of the hatch securing clips came out (because he didn't undo it) and seemed reluctant that I asked him to put it back.

I contacted the company Wednesday night by email and the morning they offered me appointment within an hour of the call. Very happy from the service received. Engineer who came, professional, clean and informative.

Jim (James) is a great electrician, he was kind & helpful, explaining what the issues were in a calm matter in such a stressful situation for me. He is a credit to the company, it's a breath of fresh air to find a company who can actually do a job with no drama's. Would use them again.

Fantastic service. Arrived bang on time. Very polite and professional behaviour. Even started taking their shoes off before coming into my home. The two new double sockets and wiring fitted and extended. No mess was left they cleaned up as they went along. Job well done. Will use them again for more work.
