Shocking company. Waited over an hour for car to be returned and it was absolutely filthy when it was. Covered in mud inside and out. Company ignore calls and emails. Do not use.

Keys and Vehicle stolen from supposedly secure parking! Was not told till back from Holiday nor were the police informed. PLEASE AVOID.

My 19 year old son arrived back from his holiday to find that his car had been STOLEN whilst in this companies possession - DO NOT USE - no empathy shown, no assistance - he was told to book a taxi at his own cost, no support!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!

If I could give 0 I would.
Our car was collected over an hour late with the base constantly saying 5 mins.
We waited around 40 mins for our car to be bought back on arrival in the UK.
This I would have give 2-3 stars.
Our car on arrival wasn’t even recognisable- clearly had been used whilst we were away, looked like it had been in a war zone. Huge dent a deep scratches all down the drivers door and scratches down the passenger door- deep curbs all over the alloys- £1060 worth of damages just to driver door. No acceptance by the company- the driver was supposed to be getting the boss to come - he asked us to look round for any other issues and when we did ….. he ran off! Never to be seen again.
Police are being contacted today!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Heathrow Meet and Greet is not affiliated with Heathrow Airport. Only use the official Heathrow Airport website for parking. This company is a group of scammers and is likely to get exposed very soon. My car was returned completely covered in resin, and when I contacted their customer service team, they lied on the phone, claiming to be a broker and a comparison site. It is disgraceful, and I believe it is only a matter of time before they are brought to justice.

I had to wait an hour for my car to be returned after my call to them and when my car was returned it was absolutely covered in bird poo and in horrible state and it has permanently damaged my paint! Also I had been trying to get in contact with the company via both email and phone for 2 weeks and only once did my call go through! DONT USE

Luckily, I realised what a bunch of clowns these people are, when I started emailing them to change details of my booking. They don't answer emails for one thing and then, when reading other reviews, I learned just how bad their service really is. I have requested a refund but I won't hold my breath for that. Losing that money won't hurt me and it is a small price to pay compared to the risks of leaving my car with them.

They don’t answer the phone. We have been waiting half an hour and the car still hasn’t left their compound. Just don’t do it.

They did not answer their phone line so I had to wait 45 minutes for my car in the dark Will never use them again

Awful. Avoid! Left my car for 10 days and on return it was completely damaged by what looked like gravel spray. Complained and staff took pictures and clearly on comparing to entry photos the damage was done during the stay. Heathrow have said tough, we’re not liable for damage whilst it’s with us - claim on your insurance!! You basically have no recourse and they can do what they like! Very poor.

DO NOT USE!! I have used various airport meet and greet services and can say this has been the worst. Had to wait 40 minutes on arrival to hand over the car. On return rang to advise luggage had been collected. It took nearly 1 hr 30 mins to have my car returned. It was covered in bird mess …. I am still working on trying to remove stains as was away for 3 weeks and it is caked on.

So this is one of many emails below, I’ve had to send to GOLDEN PARKING HEATHROW following on from the company leaving us stranded at Heathrow overnight after our honeymoon. They lost our car key and we had to make a 500 mile round trip to retrieve incurring massive costs to ourselves!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMING. WE ARE TAKING LEGAL ACTION!!!

You have promised all along for full compensation by today, and many times previously. We still haven’t received any reimbursement from you…. Totally unacceptable!!!
As I originally thought, you are a despicable company and this just confirms that. So everything has now been passed onto our solicitor to start legal action against you.
I will continue to write reviews about your absolutely diabolical service, to warn consumers against you !!! I don’t want anyone to go through what myself and Martin have had to endure.

They operate illegally. I called the police and they found my car at one of the workers' house!!!!

Just been scammed by this company as well. Drove my car 120miles while it was meant to be in a secure parking wheel balancing is now shot and everything that was not bolted down inside the car has gone missing. Even the pound coin for the trollies I keep in the door. Waited 1 hour for them to return the car. Don't use them at all. They recommended highly on a Web link called one world heathrow meet and greet. MGH was the company logo. Don't use this site at all it's all owned by the same company so even trying to get a refund is a nightmare. To date I haven't had any response from any of the contact numbers or email addresses shown.

THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS.....ITS A SCAM!! You are giving your car to criminals at your own risk.
I recently went away on holiday and had booked this firm as they were listed number one on google (THIS IS AN ADVERT PEOPLE). They use fake address's and number and emails. My car was meant to be stored by them 3 miles away looking at the fuel used its was probably driven 100. They returned to me with the car having been crashed (now needing a new front bumper), litter strewn about the car and jump leads on the back seat!! They will ignore your calls there is no address registered to pursue a legal case. I have contacted the Police and crime agency who say it's a civil matter. The trading standards don't help, google couldn't give a toss as they are getting rich off this as well. I am now at a stage where I am contacting MPs, watchdog and the newspapers to escalate. All I can say is what a shame!

All the appalling reviews are spot on, and I only wish I’d checked trust pilot before booking. They rooked me for an additional £20 + parking charge on arrival, as a supposed “late” fee although they weren’t answering phone when I called 30 mins before arrival, and have kept me waiting 3 hours on return so far, and still waiting. God knows what state the car will be in when/if it ever arrives. And most of the time when you call, they don’t pick up. When they do they are either rude or fob you off with lies about the car being 5 minutes away. It truly is a scam.

We booked and paid for this service in advance. They tell you to call when you are half an hour away which we did although we had to call 6 times to get and answer, a man answered and told us he would be there to meet us in 30 minutes but never turned up. We waited for 45 minutes and called the phone number over 20 times, there was another number they had also which wasn’t even in service. I also text them 5 times and nothing. We had to go to catch our flight for our honeymoon and ended up having to book another company and paying a fortune.

This company is a scam.

Absolutely terrible, they did not answer their phone from 6.15am until they eventually called back at 7.26 and told me to return to my car and put my keys on the wheel. My booking was for 7am and my flight at 8am. I had no choice but to park in short stay or miss my flight as I was already at security when they called back. It cost me £369 plus they have not replied to emails or refunded me for the original service which I didn't receive as well as paying for my short stay so I didn't miss my flight. Do not use. I have my call log to prove and parking receipts. I am going to take legal action to retrieve the £420. They also operate as looking4airportparking

No option to cancel. There used to be a £1 fee for protection and cancellation, which is no longer available. As luck would have it, young child was sick and we had to delay flight by 2 days. I called them to explain and they said minimum 48 cancellation required. £101 down the drain. Next time I’ll get a taxi.

On departure : I have waited 1:30 min on the car parking for the them to collect my car, so I was forced to pay for the parking entrance around £10.
I have complained to the gentleman about the delay he threatened me that he will not collect my car so I have shut my mouth as I don’t want to miss my flight.
On arrival: I have waited 1:15 min to get my car delivered to the front of the terminal 3 entrance (drop off zone).
Tried to call but they either hanged up or I get diverted to answer machine.
I have discovered the the fuel gage is flashing , I can’t comment how far they drive the car as I did not record my mileage.
Stay away and don’t waist your time and nerves .
