Things missing! do not book that's all I can say. booked with them and no professionalism at all. didn't answer my calls. delivered my car an hour late. stole 2 expensive sunglasses and a reading book which we left in the car! checked the mileage before and after and 33 miles have been used which is definitely not how far they needed to drive to park a car and leave it there for a week. No one smokes in our family and yet we found cigarettes on the passenger side and the car stank of them when we got it back. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

I paid for a meet & greet service at Heathrow terminal5. We called 30 minutes before arrival but no answer, after approx 15 redials they answered and told us they would meet us at T5. THEY NEER TURNED UP and would not answer the phone or SMS.
I have written and called the office but just fobbed off by a lady called Priya.
No refund so no pursuing via citizens advice and the courts.

Please don't use this 'service'. My car was badly vandalised (scratched) whilst in the care of the valet parking team (sometime between 09:00 on Mon 05 August and 21:00 on Sat 17 August 2019. I picked the car up at night and didn't notice the damage until the next morning on my drive. I have security cameras on my drive so confirmed that nothing had taken place overnight. Despite this Heathrow parking flatly refused to do anything about it. They were courteous and responsive however in the face of overwhelming confirmatory evidence would not compensate me.

If you use this service please make sure you conduct a thorough check of your car before and after leaving it with these people.

DO NOT USE! Despite claiming no additional costs they expect you to pay short term car park charges (£4.90 a time) at drop off and pick up.

DO NOT USE Absolutely shocking service - 1.5hrs late and constantly lied about location & whereabouts of driver. When finally arrived the driver said he had only been called 15 mins previously. Also charged £10 extra for car park entry & exit. No apology & lame excuses about m25 traffic when roads were dead. When tried to call back to check on eta they ignored all calls. When asked them to pay for exit fee the guy tried to leave with out ticket. The worst meet & greet imaginable —DO NOT USE THESE COYBOYS

these guys are shocking
they turned up over an hour late, they lost my key, so had to drive me to my car, which was held in a field some miles away, which meant I missed my meeting - do you think I fly in at 8am for my health!
No follow up by customer service, no compensation, just silence
***AVOID THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE USELESS ****

I had to wait 30 mins for my car when I returned to Heathrow. Not good enough
