Well, it hasn’t happened yet that I know of. I haven’t checked but give me a 25% discount. There’s a pretty good gesture. The merchandise was OK not great but thanks for getting back to me.

While checking out their webpage and product to see what the final cost would be, it showed an "order confirmation" page and I immediately sent a cancelation request that they refused to except, even though it took them six days to ship. I wouldn't have even given them the one star if it wasn't required to register my complaint
/rating. Very dishonorable group.

This is for Customer Support only. The young man appeared interested in helping me and tried to find ways to do so. We are not sure if it worked out but he tried hard. Now I think he was just placating me until it was too late.
I tried to do a separate review of the company itself but it won't let me. The attempt to cancel did not work. They arrived 2 days ago and I am still so unhappy with the company I haven't even opened them yet.
I ordered one heater and said no to all of the extras. I made sure I had it right. Then found I had been charged for 2 heaters and the extras. That is why I tried to cancel. They maye be good heaters but I only wanted one, Do NOT trust them!
It says I can return them to the warehouse at my own cost. The warehouse is in the US!!!

I ordered this AC/Heater unit in December. It got lost in the shipping process, I notified the company and they reached out immediately. They searched and were unable to locate, they offered a full refund or another unit. I choose to receive another unit, they worked with me throughout the whole time and I received it quickly. I cannot thank them enough for the care and concern for me. The unit is nice looking and well made, it is perfect for what I needed.
