Update:
After I have written to Heimat they fully refunded my purchase and told me that unfortunately I cannot reorder as they’re sold out. Big suprise today I received the item with a very sweet note. Thank you Heimat. I can see the problem is definitely not your company, it’s EVRI.
Due to use of EVRI I never received my purchased items. First it was delayed for ages and when finally delivered it was just left on the doorstep without any attempt to hand over (whole family was in). It was stolen in no time. Super dissappointed customer here.

Dear Customer, we have received multiple complaints of the recent EVRI service levels and it's disappointing to hear that you have been affected as well. I understand that you have been in touch with our customer service and the that a full refund has been issued. The least we can do...
We're working a changing this going forward: At the beginning of 2023, we'll be implementing a new process at check-out that gives customers a choice between Evri and others like DPD etc. Hopefully this way, something like your experience can be avoided.
Excellent service as always
