Serious Issues with Order Accuracy and Customer Support

I am currently experiencing serious issues with my order and with customer support.

The item I received does not match the product shown in the online shop. There are clear discrepancies in the design details, and the material composition also differs from what was stated in the product description. I have documented these differences with photos.

Additionally, a carabiner listed on my invoice as a “Free Gift” with a stated value of €120 was not included in the package. Since it is explicitly shown on the invoice, this is part of the contractual purchase and its absence is misleading.

I contacted customer service several times and clearly explained that this is a case of non-conformity of goods under EU consumer law. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.

I am leaving this review under reservation. If the company resolves the issue properly (prepaid return and full refund), I am willing to update or remove this review.

If no adequate solution is provided shortly, I will proceed with legal steps and hand the case over to my legal representative.

I hope this matter can still be resolved professionally.

Poor quality and horrible customer service

On November 19th I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a top from Heliot Emil. I paid additional fees for shipping and tariffs. The package was supposed to be delivered within a week but I received it on December 13th due to them not filling out the paperwork correctly. It was held at the customs for quite a while. As soon as I received a package I tried the sunglasses on and the glass fell out immediately. I was already annoyed that I had to wait almost a month for the package that I fully paid for and then it was extremely disappointing to find a pair of broken glasses. In addition to I noticed that the sunglasses didn’t look like my friend’s (she has exact the same one). Hers were glossy and mine were matte black.
Even though they came from the same collection when we compared them.
I reached out to a brand right away and received a dry response with no responsibility taken whatsoever. They didn’t even apologise in the email! As simple as it could be they didn’t take no accountability and didn’t say a simple apology. That’s what triggered me the most. They created this beautiful and attractive aesthetic but didn’t hire people who know how to work a customer service job? Truly disappointing. After I explained my frustrations they said they would investigate this issue and guess what I haven’t heard anything back ! This was supposed to be a gift to myself and they absolutely ruined it for me. Imagine paying 400 € and being treated like this…

Materials and designs are good overall

Materials and designs are good overall. But something needs to be done about sizes. They are not precise at all. I have bought a lot of Heliot Emil clothes and I always end up mending and adjusting them.

Horrible Communication Poor Customer Service

I placed my order on November 19th and the only email i received was an order confirmation email. After several emails with customer service i was informed the batch of boots i ordered got delayed being sent out from warehouse. I never received emails about delays. Customer service then emails me and apologizes for the delays and informs me my boots will ship soon and i will receive shipping emails. That was December 24th that i was informed my boots will ship to me in the near future. Fast forward a week later, i emailed customer service for a follow up about the shipping email and they respond by telling me my package got delivered already. I DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE. Up til now, i never received an email that gave me the tracking number to the boots i ordered.

Im waiting for them to investigate and come up with a solution but this has been one of my worst purchase experiences in a long time.

I unfortunately had a bad experience with the brand. During a Black Friday sale I ordered a bag that arrived defected. When I asked for an exchange for same bag it was already sold out. I was not offered neither discount on next purchase nor possibility to get this bag once it’s back in stock. Made me wonder if brand puts only defected items on sale hoping they got sold out.

I really liked the quality this was my…

I really liked the quality this was my first purchase from your brand and I’m very impressed. You have amazing designs. I ordered the leggings and the sunglasses.

Regarding the sunglasses, the only issue is that the case they came in is too small for them, so it doesn’t close completely. However, the sunglasses themselves are excellent.

As for the leggings, I’m also satisfied with the quality, but what I didn’t like is that they don’t look the same as in the photos. They are shorter in length and not fitted at the ankles they are more of a straight style rather than true leggings.

BAD PACKAGING

For a €500 bag, I truly expected much better. The packaging was extremely poor — receiving such an expensive item wrapped in thin plastic is simply unacceptable. It felt like an order from SHEIN, not a premium brand. Even Zara does better.

The level of service does not match the price positioning at all. The product was badly packed, with no stuffing inside to protect its shape. On top of that, the bag arrived stained and damaged.

This is not the kind of experience you expect when spending this amount of money. Very disappointed.
