I had a really cool experience, people are very welcoming, and there are many places to meet other people such as a cinema room or a common room. It s great especially when you want to meet people. The room was really clean and modern, with a tv etc. The place is not noisy at all, and in 20 min you can be in the center of the xity or in the university. So I highly recommend leazes parade for your stay!

So far booking viewings and then the property itself has been a great experience. The landlord was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we need to complete our booking with a calm mind. Exited to get moved in, highly recommend!

Homie took over our contract and as a house full of girls and we immediately felt cared for and safer. They were swift in responses and made the experience so smooth.

Our house owner is John and since moving here he has been nothing but really supportive. Any problem we’ve had is managed to fix in QuickTime. We’ve had issues and he’s always been respectful and not rude. He’s always nice to us and he’s always supportive when we come to him with an issue. The site as a whole is also really easy to work your way around and reporting issues have been easy to do. So far it has been very successful.

I lived at Leazes Parade from September 2023 to July 2025 and I had an amazing experience. The highlight for me was definitely the staff (Gill, Julie, Stephen and Lil) as they were so kind, helpful and considerate. They made me feel welcome straight away, and they were always happy to help whenever I had an issue (whether it was to do with maintenance, finance or personal). The room I lived in was very comfortable - it is so handy having a basin in the room so that I can easily get ready in the morning in my room without waiting ages for other people. The kitchen was a perfect size for four people, and there was plenty of storage. The location is perfect, being a 15-20 minute walk away from the main campus. It is a beautiful walk through the field, especially when the cows are there. The price was good, especially compared to other prices in the area. The only downside for me was the price of Circuit laundry, but at the end of the day it wasn't too bad due to the great price of rent. I want to end this review saying how grateful I am to the team at Leazes Parade - they were incredible and I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you for an amazing couple of years.

Me and my housemates had a great move in experience with Lee Ramsey who was really helpful and informative on our move in date. He helped us carry heavy loads into the house and showed us where we could locate any essentials.

Property manager of the Leeds sites, Lee Ramsey, was able to assist me with a property even outside of Leeds and was very helpful and quick with my rent inquiries for my upcoming house on Fairview Avenue in Manchester. Helpful, efficient and great for students.

Lee Ramsey has been a super helpful and attentive landlord. He has been very on it with communication, and kind in swapping out an old bed in one of our rooms for a new double bed upon my request. Highly recommend as a landlord. Thank you!

Lee Ramsey from Homie is a fantastic property manager. He’s reliable, trustworthy, and always keeps us well updated and organised. I’ve also seen him working directly with students at the properties and it’s clear he has a great rapport with them. The students seem to trust him, find him approachable, and feel comfortable raising any issues with him. It’s reassuring to know someone so dependable is looking after both the properties and the people in them.

Lee personally saw to it that all of our needs were met. We had some issues regarding payments as we were requested an early move out but Lee chased up everything for us. He got us our full deposits back and reimbursed us our final bills payments. He did everything he said he would, can't recommend enough!
