Customer Service was very responsive in keeping me informed if my order to a remote location.
Goods arrived as ordered with no breakages. Will no doubt order from Hell Drinks again.

I ordered 5 bottles of whisky.
The bottles were dispatched very rapidly, but unfortunately the wrong bottles had been sent out.
I contacted Hello Drinks and was quickly attended to and had the correct order sent out.
Hazel was great to deal with.
Prices and service are amazing.
The incorrect delivery was understandable given the number of bottles and the silly season.

Unfortunately the gift didn't arrive until Friday 22 October and there was no card with message I'd requested. Luckily I called to check if they had received as they had no clue who it was from or why they were getting it.

I’ve been a regular customer here for quite a while now and whilst there have been some issues with the website along the way, I’ve never been deterred and I found my buying experience yesterday to be the quickest and easiest one yet. My item selection was there at the top of the page; my details were pre-filled when I got to checkout and I was given a shipping rate immediately. I always use Afterpay as my method of payment and I never have any issues with that. Overall I’m extremely happy with my experience and I look forward to next time.

When I made the purchase I’d expected a longer delivery time considering we’re experiencing a global pandemic, so I was very relieved to receive both of my orders within a week and without any issues.

The unbreakable glasses and cocktail tools are high quality, they’re exactly what I was expecting, maybe better.

Quick to ship, unfortunately there was an issue with the shipment being damaged with the courier, but I was contacted quickly and a replacement had already been sent. I will definitely be ordering again!

The item took at little longer to arrive than expected, but once I got in touch with customer service their service was outstanding.

I ordered on 26th of June, expected delivery was on 3rd July, order never arrived, hello drinks blamed Auspost for misplacing the order, after many emails and a bad review someone from the team called and still delayed the refund process for a week stating that in the past they had instances like this where they refunded the customer and somehow the order was delivered(this is not customers problem, it’s their courier partners and their issues, how can they hold your money). In total I had to wait more than 20days to get my money back, I should have read the reviews before ordering, I saw similar reviews about their poor shipping process. EOD when as you order like a customer the only expectation is that your order will be delivered.

I will not recommend this company, if you are looking for a decent delivery time, only order if you have a lot of time to wait for the delivery.

Hello Drinks provided a way in which I was able to send a nice bottle of Scotch to my father in NSW for his birthday from my home in London.
Great customer service - highly recommended.

I’ve been a repeat customer of Hellodrinks and would highly recommend. Great selection of beers that I can’t source locally and very good deals offered regularly.

The original order was short , hellodrinks corrected the mistake immediately . Very good company to work with .

Ordered beer in November and not arrived. Very little communication from company. No refund as of yet. If you want someone to steal your money, this maybe not a bad idea.
