Staff are very arrogant and very disrespectful, used hello fights to book my flights then had my return flight cancelled by the airline according to Hello Flights resulting in me having to pay for my return flights.

I was reassured that a refund will be given. Five weeks later, no refund has been issued and now offering me vouchers £1405-88 in voucher form not the original mode of payment I used. I have in return the asked for their ATOL registration as they advertise on their website that they are registered with them but they have refused to give the registration number which raises suspicion as to whether they are even registered as this company is not coming up on ATOL website when you search companies registered under them.

Those to use this company, please use with caution but would not recommend

I had a seamless experience booking with hello flights. Omar was patient and supportive through the process. I was also compensated with a voucher and was rebooked after an error was made in my booking which was not my fault. Overall, I am satisfied. I recommended a friend who also received an excellent service.

Theives and Scammers. Do not use this company at any cost

staff bunch of Cowboys. they use false names as they lie so much, and, mislead customers. we have reported them to IATA and Brussels Airline. ( they are now red ticked and under investigation )
Do not accept their own made con Voucher which the airlines
dont accept. if you go back to them they wil advice in using voucher to rebook future flights. here they increase the amount and reduce the voucher amount making a fool out of customer do not get pressurised on paying Deposit its only
to commit you. please buy your tickets directly from Airlines
better to pay little more than have problems with these Cowboys who are in the business to make a buck but no
long term relation with customers. these are the type of Travel Agents who give the Industry a bad name.

They are a con, scam company.

Led us to believe and sent confirmation of round trip flights but sent a false email unknown to us. When checking return flights nothing was booked, we had to purchase new flights separately direct with airline.

They ignored are calls and didn’t provide any help, seeking legal advice

My family and I are still stranded abroad AND I HAVE TO RETURN TO WORK TOMORROW !!!...helloflights I honestly have no words to decribe the below sub standard service we have received...absolutely minus 1 million% customer service ...and my stress continues with no solution. helloflights offered me an alternative return flight ...that I now have to pay for ?!?...even though we have already fully paid for return flights ages ago....I sent an email asking why do I have to pay twice and their response was to ask for my number so that they would call me via WhatsApp...Guess what ...STILL NO PHONE CALL AND NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS, and now when my brother phones it goes to voicemail.....THE SAGA GOES ON AND ON

One of their tricks is to offer low flight tickets. Then make you pay deposit. Then ask you to pay balance at a given date. They then give excuse when you are about to pay balance with the offer of a new ticket with increased fees... then your trouble would start ... all with intention of not returning your deposit

I did transactions in purchase tickets to go on holiday in the coming month. The experience that I have with Mr Ramsy Pattek was excellent. He was very nice and patient with me . I will recommend him to my friend and family.

My experience with Hello Flights was a complete disaster. Two days before our scheduled departure, they informed us of a sudden flight change, resulting in an extended layover and the need for transit visas—impossible to obtain in such short notice. Despite their claim of timely notification, we discovered they had known about the schedule change for months.

To make matters worse, Hello Flights refused to provide a full refund, offering only a fraction of what we paid. Despite presenting evidence from the airline guaranteeing a full refund, they remained unyielding. We were left with no choice but to take legal action, dragging them to small claims court to finally receive our rightful reimbursement.

In summary, Hello Flights' deceitful practices and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes make them utterly unreliable. Avoid them at all costs unless you're prepared for a nightmare of your own.

Ramsay was very helpful from the start to the end of the booking process. Good man!

Wish I could give negative stars. After paying for the booking, came back with a price three times more.
Requested a refund and was given half of my money back.

Terrible people

I do not know why some commentators will be given Helloflight 5 stars .
Mr Frank Frauded me with I have sent the evidence to Trustpilot that money was received from me and the receipt given to me. These guys denied that no booking of me was found in their system when Helloflights and exchanged conversations before and after you cancelled the flight and you refused to refund my money transferred to your company account.
I will be back here to prove to you that the company does not worth our services. Am almost done with them the consumer’s right are working on the case, searching if they’re part of British travel agents.

This is extortion .
