100% scammers please be aware. They offer you a very good deal ask you to pay a deposit. Then give you a spcific date and time to pay the balance. They wont allow you to pay the whole amount. Then when you call them they offer you an expensive ticket if ypu are not happy they will deduct money from your deposit. Claiming admin fees and airline charges. They should never be able to get away with this. I hope someone takes them to court for this.

I discovered multiple independent customer complaints describing the same pattern of deposits being taken, prices later increased, and refunds refused.
They lie about prices… then sell you more expensive flights.

I had a good experience booking my flight through Armaan from mydreamflight,he was helpful, looking for the flight that will suit me.
Armaan customer service, was very good. Armaan was professional, and gave me all the information needed to book the flight .. He also confirmed my booking instantly, sent timely updates.

My friends and I contacted mu dream flight to book a two weeks holiday to Zanzibar our first contract was with Shayan
He was very helpful,professional and pleasant to interact with and he managed to sort out the bookings after a lot of to and fro communication at a point we thought he was going to get angry with us but no he maintained his composure even when I had problems using the link to pay the deposit he was at the end of the phone throughout the long phone call trying to help

I made a mistake and booked flights prior to reading these poor reviews. Same old scam drawn in by offer of a cheap flight then price rises. A very poor company.

These guys are scams. They a deposit for a lower ticket and the price changes to a higher fare. They then ask for £50 from the £100 as admin charges. And God help you when your bank change your card for whatever reason. You can't get your money back or you're forced to buy their tickets are ridiculous prices . Avoid at all cost

I thought it will be a dream flight but it was a nightmare. I found a good deal from their website. I was asked to make a deposit of £250 and was given a specified date and time to call them back. I asked them if i could pay the my full balance before that but they refused. They wanted me to call them back on the specified date and time given. Since i was not able to call them exactly on the time specified, they said i lost the flight. In order to get the £250 deposit they offered me some flights in a very high price. I’ve spoken to an agent Ayan and he’s been raising his voice at the end because I want to refund my deposit but he refused. I just let go my £250 instead of loosing more money if I book a flight from them. Don’t be fooled by their low price flights.

I strongly advise people to be very careful when dealing with this company. The 5 stars reviews are all lies, Read all the 1 star review and see that they are all scammers

When i was searching for my flight they contacted me regarding a flight ticket from the london to toronto that was they gave me quotation for £1984.42 in my budget. During a phone conversation with their agent ayan, he was told that I needed to pay a £200 deposit to secure the ticket and that I could pay the remaining balance on 13th april.

After paying the £200, I insisted on paying on that day and finalise the transaction but they refused , they said i need to call on the 13th and pay the balance, i called the airline and they told me if payment is not made by 8th of april, they would cancel the reservation, i told Ayan but they refused and promised me the fee will not increase and i would get my ticket

When I contacted the company on 13th april to receive my ticket, he was told that the flight had been cancelled by the Airline and that I would need to pay approximately £2,400 for another ticket class (Economy class). That was a big lie because i called the Airline and they denied any flight cancellation.This was a significant increase from the original price I agreed to.

When I refused and requested a refund of my deposit, they refused to return the full amount and instead tried to deduct cancellation fees even though the ticket was never issued and the service was never provided. I declined the cancellation charge and they are threatening to close my file and not pay me back my 200 pounds

After researching further, I discovered several similar complaints from other customers describing the same pattern: being asked to pay a deposit, receiving only a temporary reservation, and later being pressured to pay a much higher price or losing part of their money.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise travellers to book directly with airlines or trusted travel agencies to avoid similar situations.

I would like to sincerely thank Mr Mohammad Shayan for the service and understanding he demonstrated in aiding my wife secure a flight to Mombasa kenya that was a correction from a blunder by the airline initially, we are happy and pledge our future flight bookings with him and will encourage the frequent fliers among us to book with him
