I ordered the grey BTS military wait hoodie with the BTS logo in army camo colours on the front but instead I got the khaki green hoodie with the white BTS logo on front and BTS CREW (Military Wait Division) on the back.
Not what I ordered but it's ok I guess.

I been very happy with the results of my items . But l did not get two things two jackets . 1 was universe bomber which cost £99 pounds and other was Jk jacket. .

good purchase. recieved the correct items

I ordered 2 items and only received one of them. Apparently since BREXIT - as with many companies - there are increased difficulties with cross border shipping (I live in Austria); they are working on it... Was disappointed and angry at first, but the customer service (shout out to Cynthia) was really great! Got the second part sent again and even two small gifts with it, which I was really happy about. The goods themselves were tiptop.

I received the remainder of my order today ahead of schedule. Thank you Hellosouthkorea for following up.

The product was delivered however it did not match with product on their website. I have pictures as proof.

I bought a Life Goes On hoodie, and 2 BE sweatshirts. They are made of high quality soft cotton. The colors are beautiful. They even wrote Life Goes On like the album cover! Very cool! I bought a 3xl cus I like Big Hoodies that are comfy and I can wear layers underneath. It is perfect. It’s so hard to find the good quality sweatshirts as K-pop merchandise so I always buy from Hellosouthkorea!

Item never arrived and I have been unable to pull up the web page to get help. It's been consistently saying web page unavailable. Very frustrating.

Great Korean store actually. I have noticed it in the internet and I can be considered as shopoholic. I thought that it would be a great experience to acquire some new clothes from other continent. I saw Korean people on the TV and I really liked their style. So, here everything is pretty clear. I got my clothes and everyhing was delivered correctly, without any delays or bad clothes. I want to thank this store, because they clarified all the details conerning shipping and delivery, thus I had no issues with them. I wish thos store prosperity and think that Korean style is cool.

Anything I have ordered has come to me on a good state. I know it takes a while to ship to Australia, but the wait is worth it.
