I received all my orders ( Butter mug and hoodies) within the time frame mentioned. They were well made ( design and print ). The hoodie material was good, not flimsy. Ordering is very easy and they send updates which for me says a lot about their customer service.

Fantastic value for money and the sizing is perfect, I'm a UK size 18 so I ordered a size xl
and it fits lovely with enough room to spare and it packed very well.
It looks and feels lovely and the company has been brilliant from the moment I bought my item I'v been kept upto date with where my parcel is.

I was also surprised to find BTS engraved at the back of the watch dial and on the strap.

The product came exactly from image I saw, no faulty with the product and was very happy with it. The delivery was a little late due to COVID.

It is a thinner hoodie great for fall and spring weather.

I GOT NO TRACKING NUMBER BUT IT ARRIVE EARLY THAN EXPECTED. THE BAG IS REALLY NICE. I AM GIVING IT TO MY SISTER SINCE SHE LIKES IT TOO.

They offer a great, nice, fast & very responsive customer service. I bought the "stay gold" watch and I am pleased with it. I contacted them about shipping services and they dealt with my resquest very professionally and offered to deal with customs fees if there were any.
