Do not order from this company. Their returns policy is unreliable. For £140 the quality of the item was poor, and was a poor fit, and I requested a return. They authorised the return, there was a large postage fee to return to China, and 5 months later the parcel has been returned to me. No sign of a refund.

Warning!!! Do not purchase anything from this website! They do not honor their return policy. They play some sort of game with how they respond to the email making it go past the 7 days per their policy. You will lose your money and the quality of the dresses is cheap. I do not want anyone else to be scammed.

This is the worst customer service. I ordered 2 dresses and need to return them as they don’t fit! I can’t get any response have emailed them a few times and get no response! Make it impossible to return in the 7 days!! Wish I would have seen the reviews before we ordered! Never again!!!

DON’T DO IT! I ordered a dress from their site on September 20 for my October 7 wedding. I paid the extra $30 for 3-5 express shipping. We are 20 days from purchase and still not dress. (Don’t need it now!) I have sent countless emails to them and haven’t heard a thing from anyone. I did get an “order shipped” email 6 days ago and the tracking has only updated once!
I would not suggest ordering an occasion dress from this site. I’m so disappointed.

I will add to the reviews that say don’t buy from them. I have emailed them twice within the return window of 7 days (which is ridiculous btw) to get return instructions and have not heard back from them. Horrible company! Do not buy from them.

If I didn't have to give a star at all, I wouldn't! There is ZERO customer service, ZERO live chat, NO phone number, and they DO NOT respond to emails! I ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter, paid over $100 and it never arrived.....but there is no one to notify or process a refund for me!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a dress for my daughter's homecoming. The same day it arrived she tried it on and it was too big. I have attempted 4 times to contact them because the return window is so narrow. You can only contact them through email. The website says 24/7 chat is available but that is a LIE! It is never available. I am sure they do not respond on purpose so you miss your window to return. I am no stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and out the money for it because they go against their statement of wanting to provide the best customer service. NEVER again will I even look at this website.

While the dresses are nice, the returns are 7 days. Not something that is usual or you are notified about when you purchase a product. Majority of retail is at least 14 days to return. Very poor especially considering the prices for the items. I have 3 dressed which cost £375, nothing wrong with them, but I can't send them back. Very poor, would not recommend especially if you don't look like the model.

Bought a dress 9/16 for my daughters homecoming. Website states it ships within 48 hours and I paid for expedited shipping to be sure it arrived in time. When dress hasn’t shopped within the time frame I sent two emails to cancel order with no response. Filed a PayPal claim as well and got no response from seller, so now it has went to next level with PayPal and then all the sudden today 10/2 I get a notification the dress has shipped. I no longer need dress as the event has passed and company won’t respond but I’m sure I’ll now lose my claim too since they shipped it even though it was way after the time frame their website states. Do not buy a dress from them!

Update 10/30/23: After sending MANY emails, I finally got a response with an address to send the dress back to along with instructions I mailed the dress and it was received at their location on 10/20/23. Still no refund to my bank account.
Original: I’ve been trying to return a dress for a month. At first they requested more info which I promptly provided. Now radio silence, no one will return my emails. Very disappointed!!!

What a headache to deal with their customer service! Shipping took much longer than quoted. They don’t email you back, and their 24/7 chat is more like 3/5. That makes it tricky or nearly impossible to try to return anything within the 7 day return policy period. We did receive the dress, but it was too big. They offered a refund of 20%, or I can pay for return shipping in hopes of a 100% refund. (I’m skeptical we’ll get any refund with the way this is going so far). Days later, I’m STILL waiting on them to provide a return address so I can get a shipping quote to find out if it’s worth it. I DO know I won’t be shopping there again.
** Update, when I responded to customer svc that I’d keep the dress and have it altered in exchange for the 20% refund, they never responded again. Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 HOCO dresses for my daughter on 9/23 & paid for expedited shipping ($23+). Both showed "ships within 48hrs." Having heard nothing by Tuesday (9/26) afternoon, I emailed (btw-no way to contact them by phone) them to ask when my order was due to ship. Another 24hrs goes by & I forward the original email again & ask for an update (9/27). As of 4:30p on 9/28, still no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card on 9/29. They have refunded my money. However, I get notice that the dresses are shipping on 10/5 but are coming from China! There is NO where on their site that says it's shipping from overseas. This has been a nightmare!!! My daughter is SO upset!!! It's her Senior year & she's having to borrow a dress thanks to this horrific company!!!!

I ordered a dress and like SO MANY it did not fit as sized! Also like SO MANY no one will answer my "LIVE CHAT" or "EMAILS" i am just stuck with a dress that AT BEST is sized 3 to4 sizes to small, EVEN though I paid $40 to EXPEDITE the shipping to SEVEN days!!!
do NOT fall VICTIM to this SCAM site that is AT BEST 3 notches BELOW SHEIN
