I bought my dress on September 9th

I bought my dress on September 9th, 2023 still haven’t received it, sent multiple emails and no response. They sent me a tracking number that is fake. I needed this dress for hoco which was last weekend so I had to go but another dress. I would never recommend this site to anyone it’s a joke!!! Please don’t was your money with this company!

This is the worst company

This is the worst company. It is a complete rip off company based in China I bought 3 dresses for my daughter in august 23 costing around £300 and returned within the 7 days cost £50 to return and track. Nothing has come back and it is now Oct 23 Their return policy is non existent and they do not keep their word. DO NOT touch this website or buy anything. It does not do anything it says it does and steals money from honest people trying to trust a company. It is the worst I have ever experienced

Awful service!

Awful service!! do not order from this company, it is a complete scam! Ordered two dresses and paid for expedited shipping. Received one timely, but the other took several weeks. Both dresses were cheap material and did not look like the photos. Requested a return and have been waiting more than 11 days for them to respond!

Do not order from here...BS site

I ordered a dress for my grand daughter for homecoming. Said it would ship out within 96 hours and a 6-10 day deliver. Well....15 days later is still sits in unfufillled status. They have a "live chat" on their site..doesn't work, no customer service and NO response to any of the 10 emails sent requesting an update. Got the confirmation with the "order number" but NO other info. HOMCO is next week so had to find another dress and had to cancel my credit card payment to get my money back. NO feedback from company even after threatening reporting to BBB. Stay away and save yourself much disappointment.

If I could give zero stars I would! Their return policy is a LIE!!! I have sent various emails. The ONLY response I got, well within my 14 days their site says (LIE), they asked for pictures of the dresses. Sent that and they ghosted me. I sent many follow up emails to Roel & the customer service email. NOTHING! If you think you may need to return, do not buy from them. The sizes are not true to size either. I ordered a size 0 dress and it came in with a small label on it so that dress did not come in true numerical sizes.

AWFUL!!

Worst Customer Service

Ordered a homecoming style dress for my daughter. Dresses were sized as numbers on the website, but dress received was a size large. Dress also was nowhere near the color pictured. Have been attempting to return for 2 weeks, but company stalls and tries to get you to keep the dress. Meanwhile they refuse to accept returns after 14 days. This is their way of stalling until their return window has passed. Would not buy from again.

RETURN POLICY IS A SCAM

A semi-formal dress was ordered and received. No response and they only give a small window to return and only IF they email you back with return codes. This company is a scam and I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I placed an order 5 days ago

I placed an order 5 days ago, requested expedited shipping for 3-5 business days. Didn’t get an order number, confirmation email or anything. I emailed them 4 days ago trying to get the tracking information with no response. I sent a second email 2 days ago with yet again no response. The order is supposed to be delivered by Monday at the latest. Hope it’ll be here on time or my step daughter isn’t going to be happy.
