Dress never came…

I ordered a dress Aug 7 for delivery within 10-15 business days. They have sent me fake tracking numbers for a month. Every tracking number says no such number in the systems. They keep saying it's in transit but will show no proof of that. They are no longer responding and I have opened a PayPal dispute. Do not use this company.

The dress was not as described it…

The dress was not as described it looked very cheap and didn’t fit my daughter (was too small, I used the measurement guide) she wears a 6 or 8, I ordered the 8, it was too small.
I emailed hellymoon before the item arrived because it was late, and they were very responsive. I emailed them about the return, got one response right away, provided them with the info requested, and I haven’t heard anything since (5 days ago). I am close to my 14 day return window and very upset that they have stopped communicating. I have sent 4 emails over the last 5 days with no response.
Do not order from this company!!!!

Received dress but now can’t return because customer service doesn’t respond

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY.
Like other reviews I never received a confirmation email or order number, but they took my money. I immediately felt concerned and requested via PayPal to cancel the order. This company offered me a refund of 10%!…10%??! I insisted on a full refund they said keep the dress! I sad what dress I haven’t had one! They said what’s the order number? I said ‘that’s the point, you never gave me an order number!’ … anyway, long story short, I eventually got a full refund after threatening to escalate the complaint with PayPal.
Just save your time and stress levels by taking your custom elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Service: Dodging the refund

I wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing from Hellymoon. Ordered 2 dresses and a pair of earrings. The first dress that arrived fit like a glove and my girl loved it! Second dress and earrings arrived separately. Earrings- adorable. Dress- Sizing was way off. Invoice said 4- a SMALL arrived. Fine. US 4-6 is often a small. Dress was super cute. BUT the bust/upper torso area was made for a 6-8 while the rest was 4-6. One has to be very top heavy to make this work. I carefully dissect the return policy and reached out as instructed. They replied back asking for pictures. I sent pictures of the dress, the package and the inside tag. Then they replied back w/ the policy. STALLING on providing the specifics to return. Of course, you know, you have 14 days from date your package arrives to process a return. I started the correspondence the SAME day I received the package. I have already reached out to my credit card company for charge back on the dress if Hellymoon does not give me the address in which to send the return. With that being said, only purchase from them if you are absolutely certain on the fit! Colors are difficult to discern on a computer monitor, so I am never worried about that. We are always okay w/ a small difference. What I am not okay is with a janky fit and a stonewalling customer service experience. BUY in THE US. SHOP where there is a solid, honest return policy (NORDSTROM, MACY's, etc). Shop local. Visit those local boutiques. My order number is WBHMUS 13113.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I posted my return at the beginning on May, and have still not received my refund.
I followed all instructions completely.
My order number was WBHMUK1200.
Please review and respond, since you are ignoring my emails.

Update 15 August. After two more emails (the last one threatening another negative trust pilot review) I have finally got a refund, for two dresses that were sent back on 4th May. If you’re struggling to get a refund - keep contacting them. If you’ve never ordered with them - don’t.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, for quality or customer service.
Tried to return a dress that didn't fit daughter (cost £113.) I had multiple "script based" conversations via Chat with the company and packaged and sent as instructed (cost £28 via Post Office tracked.) The item is recorded as arriving in China on 4 June and Chat are no longer interested.
A total rip-off, the dress was very poor quality, and to top it off the Post Office inform me now that the max I can claim towards it is £50...

I did receive the item I bought, but it was much too small. Once you try something on, though, their return policy is that you can't return it.

Worst experience ever! My daughter ordered her prom dress from Hellomoon. We were sent a dress that was missing a strap to hold the back together. When I contacted the company they asked me what I would like them to do. When asked them to express a strap or a replacement dress so that it was here in time for the prom they refused. Instead they said I would need to send the dress back and pay for the return shipping or they could offer me a 10% refund and I can keep the dress. The dress was unwearable and my daughter’s prom was ruined!

Do NOT use this company

Awful service, one dress did turn up to which they offered 10% of its price to not return it. The second dress never has arrived. Awful business, do not let them have your money use other websites!
The reply below, does not mention that it was ordered a month a go, I didn't ask for tailoring its just a generic size 10 and after 2 weeks of emailing nothing has been resolved. I have asked for a cancellation, my money back...you get offered 10%! I. An copy and share all the correspondence if that is helpful to others so they can see the rigmarole that happens should you want to return it. Chinese company behind it with English address on label on the packaging.

Scam

Scam, as multiple others have said, you can’t return anything as they send you holding emails and then just stop replying. Quality is dreadful, normally check these sites but daughter said other people had ordered from them. Don’t do it, dreadful dress, dreadful customer service. And Hellymoon don’t bother replying to this, you have pointedly refused to send me return details so it’s a scam.
