I undertook the Career Coach Certification Program with Hemant Deshpande and his team. The Program is a powerful blend of insightful sessions, thought-provoking assignments and great peer to peer coaching sessions.

Its been tremendous training session to get coached. Its been conducted so nicely and professionally by

It was a great experience during my Career Coach certification program through Hemant Deshpande Career coaching. Lots of insights into the clients perspective through our own reflection which made me understand & adopt to my coaching journey made easier. The program equips Coaches with greater experience and provides more opportunities for peer coaching, thereby making transition to the business of Coaching a natural process. Makes no tall claims, but keeps the given promises.

The HD Career Coach Bootcamp was very informative and usefull. It helped me to get an understanding about ICF certification along with it's core principles. Mr. Hemant also gave insights about how to do a coaching in an ethical way. The bootcamp covers each and every aspect of the coaching and also helped me to clear all of my doubts regarding the coaching practices and program. I would definitely recommend all to attend the bootcamp so that one can get a clear understanding and all the insights, about the coaching as a career.

The Coach Accelerator Program (CAP) has been key in helping me understand important concepts like the Genius Zone, limiting beliefs, and how to overcome them. I also gained foundational knowledge of NLP. The peer coaching sessions were incredibly helpful in boosting my confidence for discovery calls and coaching sessions, offering the practice and support needed to refine my skills and develop as a coach.

The CAP program equipped me with the knowledge, techniques, and skills needed to excel as a career coach. With a well-balanced blend of theory, practical experience, and interactive Q&A, it provided valuable insights into defining my niche, managing content, and turning career coaching into a successful service or business.

CAP program helped me a lot with kick starting the process of coaching, keep the momentum going.
