Overall an excellent experience to learn about the career coaching process. The exercises conducted by Hemant and his team was very useful and insightful. It has also helped to understand the coaching process and the frameworks. Would like to thank Hemant and his team for conducting all the wonderful sessions and take us through the journey.

This program is a combination of learning and having coaching for my own introspection which I now realize is a stepping stone to be a coach. The structured approach gives me the confidence to start my journey as a coach by practice of course .

Yesterday I completed career coaching course conducted by Hemant Deshpande and his team Viraj and Mayur. The structure, content and the delivery of the course is exceptional. The assignments which are part of the course are exhaustive. One needs to think through the thoughts to complete them. After assessment review feedback was so constructive that it's as good as a double course.

I have attended the 7 weeks training with ICF pcc coach hemant Despande ji and it was fabulous 7 weeks of exploration stepping into greater potency of self & upscaling my knowledge in the coaching arena with the ICF accreditation.
