Our furniture was delivered well before the expected ETA by two very polite chaps, who installed the table quickly and were on their way. The table and bench are very well-made and offer very good value.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Delivery exactly as planned and straightforward. Furniture so beautiful I want some more. But what made this such a good experience was that when I had a problem it was resolved quickly and without any fuss.

Good experience would recommend
Ordered the sustainable table with my wife to mark our 17th wedding anniversary (apparently furniture signifies stability and comfort) and we are both very happy with the product. The communication made me worry that delivery was going to be rigid and require me to do a bit of lifting, however, the table was delivered on the time and date agreed and was lifted and built in place by the team (a good relief as I left the wife to take delivery :-))

Communication about delivery was really good. The delivery team were also great. No packaging and put the dinning table together for us. Really happy with the quality of the product. Would definitely recommend!
