Very helpful customer service on the…
Very helpful customer service on the phone and in person. Not having used a storage company before it was great to have someone explain exactly how it works - self-storage v. long term storage options with clear and reasonable quotes so we could choose our best option. Advised on size of unit as well and had other units available if we'd needed to upgrade. The facility is easy to find and access by car or train. Very good value local business.

I recently had an excellent experience with the customer service team. They were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient, and resolved my issue quickly. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of assistance.
Mohammed and Peter is a good person and treats customers with respect and Lqbal is a kind individual who also treats customers good.

It has been amazing! Stress free, smooth experience. The best service I have ever experienced in my whole life. I am speechless. I compared it to the market to all other storage companies and it is massively cheaper. Driver Mohamed was incredibly helpful and Peter blew my mind and broke the costs down patiently, Iqbal was incredible on the phone and doing my contract. I have always used Henfield and I will always come back. 10 stars!!! Please give these guys a pay rise, they deserve it!

On 20/08/2020, I down graded from 4 bed house to 1 bedroom flat, it was a short time move as I had to work abroad, and had to sell my house. I stored only few items with Henfield Chiswick Branch. At time of signing agreement I was told that they will arrange insurance and as soon as I give them my insurance policy they will cancel their insurance of £50 p.m for goods valve less then £1000.I drove down and handed my policy and next day took a flight. I have just received an invoice from Henfield still charging me insurance of £38.97 plus VAT siphoning via D/D from my bank account. I challenged them and they denies receiving my insurance policy, I then took whole years insurance with Surewise for whole year for £17.50. Scammers, be very careful, I will take legal action .

Tim was amazing with helping me move my stuff into storage, he was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to ask. He explained everything to me and did everything with a smile and we had a laugh, which made a really stressful experience far less stressful. Thanks Tim 👌😊

I dealt with Tim who was so friendly and helpful. I was out of the property and into the storage unit within an hour and a half. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained clearly. Would highly recommend

Highly recommend, excellent service
Received brilliant service from Mohammed and Iqbal at the Southwark branch. Was unsure of the size I would need and Mohammed took the time to show me several spaces to ensure my items would fit. From the initial visit to moving in, they made it so easy and were always available to assist with any questions. Many thanks!

Great Experience. Tim and Matt turned up with two vans and helped us clear our house quickly and carefully.
The storage area was clean and tidy with rapid offloading.

I’ve had the storage here for over two years, and Mohammad and Iqbal have been patient, helped as much as possible (since I move abroad) always finding ways to ensure I am able to make my payments in a timely manner and know any updates to my account. They are communicative, and they always put the customer first. It’s been such a pleasure to have these two support while I’ve been away so long and my items have been housed here. They also made the move out extremely swift and easy
