I got moved into my unit by Tim.
He came and met me at my house and loaded all my things into the van for me and met me back at the unit to load in there too!
Would highly recommend anyone thinking of storage units to go with these guys!

Excellent service, great price
I recently moved to Henfield after many years of using a larger rival storage firm. I am now paying half the price per month of my old unit, for one that is larger in size, so the savings overall will be palpable.
Having paid for 3 months upfront, I was able to take advantage of the free van service*. The van arrived promptly (actually ahead of time) and we loaded and were on the road very swiftly. Do ask for Tim - he provided very friendly and professional service that went above and beyond, and was a dynamo with the loading and unloading of my items when I was still checking out of the previous unit.
Tim was also very efficient and informative when it came to signing in, and was a very knowledgeable and reassuring presence all round.
Whilst the unit itself is further away from my home than my previous storage, and the other downside is that there are shorter access hours than I had there (weekends are half-day access), I can work around that as the savings are well worth it to me. The building appears to be clean and well-kept, and staff are on hand to help.
*That’s a Luton-sized, rather than Transit-sized vehicle, so if you’ve got a lot of stuff you’ll really want to take advantage of that offer!

Amazing service
Amazing service. Tim from the get go gave me clear and concise information. No sales fluff like some. On arrival, he was efficient, considerate and supportive. High level of knowledge and initiative. The storage facilities are new, good condition and plenty of space for parking/ unloading. Also recommended great removal guys too. Thanks Tim.

Smoothest move ever
Tim was amazing, absolute genius at maximising space and a moving pro. 11/10 experience and made the process the smoothest moving experience we've ever had. Great service. Everyone at Henfield Storage was really friendly and helpful at every stage, and great advice. We will always use them going forward without a doubt.

Ryan was absolutely amazing from the moment I called for a quote to the day I arrived with my items to store. Ryan even stayed late as I had driven from Manchester and helped me bring everything into the storage unit. Faultless service all round!

An excellent experience
An excellent experience from research to starting the service. The website is easy to navigate, and consistent with everything Richard told me in my initial phone enquiry. The process is easy, the facility is exactly what’s needed and the free collection service is immensely helpful. The company is transparent and great value, not looking to charge for every additional extra, and Richard took the time to walk through all the specifics to ensure clarity. Highly recommended.

Super super happy with these guys and would really reccomend. It's always difficult to trust someone else with your things, but both the collection, communication and contract process has been very transparent, easy and professional. Very communicative and kind people ready to help with your questions. I chose the click+store option which went very smoothly (December 2025).
