Professional and efficient
We had a large amount of jewellery, a clock and other assorted items inherited from family and sitting in a cupboard for many years. Mark Duncan was able to sift through it all, identify any items of value and offer a price for them that seemed reasonable to us, with immediate payment. His approach was professional and efficient - we were very happy with the service.

I requested a valuation for a Ladies watch by completing the online form. Valuation was quickly received with plenty of good advice. Item was sent for valuation comformation and 24 hours later funds were recieved in my account. I cannot recommed this company enough, the valuation was well in excess of that received from other dealers and the support given made the whole process a pleasure,

Mark turned up on time. Spent the time and didnt rush. Gave me advice on items he was not interested in and gave me a reasonable price for items i was selling.

A brilliant experience
Like many people I was left a couple of old watches as an inheritance from a relative to whom they had great sentimental value but to me were never going to be worn. I found 3 firms online to whom I sent photos for valuation , Hepplewhites were one and very quickly became the most obvious to deal with, Mark and Oliver were so professional in their approach and completely honest and straightforward in their valuing of the items. The service was quick and seamless and I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service
Mark visited us at home to appraise items of jewellery and silver that we were interested in selling . Mark was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the whole experience was a pleasure . We felt the price we were offered for the items was fair and we felt under no pressure with Mark offering to give us time to consider if we wanted to proceed . Mark even took time to go through what we thought was costume jewellery and found several gold items .
I have no hesitation in recommending .

Highly Recommend
Very quick response to our enquiry, which resulted in Mark visiting us at home the following day. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We were happy with his valuations and the money was transferred immediately. We would highly recommend Hepplewhites and will certainly use them again.

Gold sale
I sold some gold to Hepplewhite and the whole experience was excellent. Mark and Oliver made everything simple from start to finish, explained things clearly, and the money was transferred straight away. Fast, efficient, and stress-free. I would definitely use them again.

Mark was excellent when he visited…
Mark was excellent when he visited yesterday. His knowledge was impressive and immediately and correctly identified the items we showed him. We spent a very enjoyable hour or so discussing various items and i am happy to have sold a few unwanted pieces to him. All in all, very professional and friendly.
