9 weeks waiting for the item i ordered from this so called company!! Dont go anywhere near them. No customer service help at all. They have kept my £24.95. Im told they are a scam company and because of my treatment i am presuming they are!

Placed an order 12th November on the site it says £19.99 but £25.00 taken from my account and recieved no item i have tried contacting the merchant sent numerous messages no response when you click on link it comes with error ,total scam stay away from this site I was foolishly taken in by the nice things they showed but they are no a true representation of what I expected very disappointed still waiting for my item or just give me back my refund

Do not use this company under any circumstances
I purchased an item for my great grandson but cancelled the order 5hrs 25minutes after placing it as one of the grandparents had already purchased the same item, I was referred to a customer service system and completed it but all emails were ignored, item finally arrived and and I refused to accept delivery which is my right but then I am told that I am not in the system despite many emails to the contrary, I eventually contacted PayPal to raise an action and within 5 minutes I had received a full refund without waiting for any response from the other company so this company is well known to PayPal for serious problems

DO NOT TRUST THIS MERCHANT
purchased x6 golf tees as a birthday present. 1) the cost was £15.58p, confirmed in purchase email, 2) the money removed from my account was £18.70. 3) a number of weeks later the purchase arrived - it was ONE golf tee, not the SIX pieces i had purchased.
I have since received a refund of £3.12, the difference in costs, but i still have only ONE golf tee, not the SIX i paid for.
