Delivery took nearly 2 weeks. No mention of the item being dispatched from China!

Disappointed expected it to be better than it is. It looks bigger and has a better steam power on the advert which is why I purchased it.

Far to long to dispatch

The service from all clear insurance was excellant ..return telephone call on time also everything was explained to me ..in general tralvel insurance is far to expensive but it has to be done.

These are amazing!!! Not only are they the thing I turn to when a parcel arrives but I block out my details and then shred them you can't be too careful!!!! Highly recommend

Great idea its just a pity it took so long to arrive

I didn’t realise that the product would be despatched from China and expected earlier delivery. Tracking wasn’t easy but it has been delivered and whilst I haven’t used it yet, it is as advertised.

good quality product .....would have given 5 stars if a little more powerful ...but works well

I found the experience very straightforward the updated given were easy to understand

I certainly think it has limited use and the video on the adver makes it look better than it actually is
