Mrs. Davis was a joy to be dealing with. She made me feel welcomed and like part of the family. Other people inside were friendly also. I would recommend Heritage South to anyone looking for a banking home! Customer service was great.

I filled out an application on line for an auto loan on a Monday morning and by Friday I hadn’t heard anything so I called the lady at first said she couldn’t find it and then said she did.. so I canceled the application.

Heritage South is wonderful! Their online banking and mobile app are both easy to use and have tons of features. They truly help when others won’t.

I have never been able to get anything done. I tried to setup direct deposits from my paycheck into my account to build retirement. Couldn't do it. Then I got fed up and wanted to just close my account and withdraw my funds. Couldn't do it. Not sure what use this account actually holds...Now I just tried to write this review for issues I have had over the years, and it says I can't unless I make the date within 12 months. So I did.

Staff was quick to recognize me and asked if they could help, connected with the proper service I needed. The loan staff was friendly and was able to assess my needs.She gave me the options, explained them and assisted me in completing the best one. Your staff are always friendly, courteous and efficient for me.
