Closed one branch 8 months ago

Closed one branch 8 months ago. Lost relationship with personnel at 2nd branch as none of personnel are at 2nd branch. Staff at 2nd branch have been rude 2 x in last 3 months.

My line of credit was removed for the…

My line of credit was removed for the last couple of years. I was counting on it during my retirement to help me in purchasing equipment or materials for the 62 acre farm that I have. I have had to depend on my credit card since my line of credit was revoked. I been a member since 1992 and was disappointed when it was taken away.

I’m always greeted with kindness

I’m always greeted with kindness. Debbie in Smyrna office is very knowledgeable and helps me with no sense of stress.
When I speak on the phone, I am treated with knowledge of my needs. I give Heritage South a 10 out of 10!

The Lewisburg branch has made banking…

The Lewisburg branch has made banking easy , the service is outstanding with each employee eager to jump right in and help you out. It’s a blessing to be able to walk in and there is someone jumping in to help ease what typically would be a stressful day.
