I have been a member at Heritage South for as long as I can remember even being a part of the kids club. Every single time I need anything from any branch the team is more than happy to accommodate. Recently when working on purchasing a new home Andrea with the loan department was fantastic. Thank you for all you do keep up the good work!

Courteous employees
A service company, which you are, is only as good as its customer facing employees. Those employees are the reason I rated my experience “Great”. If I had an issue or question, it was quickly acknowledged & resolved whether via messaging, the phone or in person.

I’ve been a costumer for over 40 years and wouldn’t change anything. Outstanding customer service, no AI, real people to talk with and great locations.
I needed help with reordering checks on May 19, 2026. And several times in the past for various reasons. Service was professional and quick.
I recommend Heritage South 100%!

The people who staff the credit union are always friendly and helpful. If they can’t help you, they’ll find someone who can. They always go that extra mile to make sure your needs are taken care of.
