Never got the refund...

I ended up returning the coat I purchased, all in a perfect condition, never worn and with all the tags. Their customer service confirmed that my return had been accepted and approved and I'll just have to wait for whenever they decide to issue a refund. It's been 1.5 months since they received the return and there's still no refund. It's $1,000+ coat and money wasted.

Never again

Never again. Gorgeous coats however, $750 coat nylon ran like pantyhose after a few wears. Ordered several velvet coats and returned due to wrong size. Awaited refund to purchase correct size. Sent numerous emails weeks after UPS confirmed delivery back to the company. Run around replies. Still awaiting a refund of almost $2,000. Will never purchase another product from this company again.

Don't Expect a Refund on Returned Merchandise

If you are ordering multiple sizes or styles and think you can return items and get a refund, THINK AGAIN. You will wait months or maybe forever! Italian customer service appears to be a scam. I returned items 6 weeks ago and got a partial refund for two pairs of pants but nothing yet for 3 jackets that didn't fit (never worn, tags on) despite sending multiple emails. They owe me almost $2,000 and despite FedEX confirmation that they all arrived safely back to Italy, it's just radio silence on their end. Better to buy from Nordstrom or somewhere with actual customer service, except personally I'm so done with this brand. I wish I'd known not to order from them online. I hope this saves others from making the same mistake!

Herno cancelt bezahlte Aufträge nach Belieben! In meinem Fall war der Sale erstzwei Tage nach Auftrag vorbei, dennoch hat der unsägliche Kundendienst einfach meine Bestellung gecancelt, obwohl ich bereits bezahlt hatte. Auf 5 Emails dazu habe ich lediglich eine unbrauchbare KI Standardantwort erhalten. Unfassbar dass es sowas geben kann 🙈

Rimborso che non arriva mai !

Sui prodotti non ho da ridire ma la politica di rimborso è snervante…
Il pacco è tornato al mittente il 29 febbraio, ho già dovuto telefonare e scrivere tre volte ; non mi è arrivata nessuna mail , niente di niente.
Non sono affatto soddisfatta da questo trattamento, soprattutto perché sono cliente da tempo nel negozio di Roma e non ho mai avuto problemi.
L’online lascia a desiderare… spero di ricevere il rimborso!

Appaling customer service

I ordered a jacket that was delivered to Fedex. No one was home on the day of delivery and the driver left the parcel in the open outside my front door. The parcel was subsequently stolen. I have video evidence of this, which was sent to Herno. It has been more than 3 weeks and I am still waiting for a refund from Herno despite having sent them signed forms, video evidence, etc. Everythign has been extremely slow.
On a separate occasion, I asked a basic product question (temperature rating and down fill) to the customer service team who replied to me after more than 2 weeks to tell me that the jacket was "warm" and that they didn't have more information to give. It is truly shocking to see how slow and unhelpful the customer service is. I have never seen that with any other brands, let alone luxury ones.
Update: Herno told me that they would not refund me since the package has been "delivered properly" even though the CCTV videos clearly show that the driver left it in the open outside my front door...

Pessima qualità maglione in ciniglia

Ho comprato un maglione in ciniglia di questa marca che si è rivelato di pessima qualità: perde tantissimi pelucchi sporcando non solo gli altri abiti ma anche gli altri oggetti a cui uno si avvicina, questo anche dopo aver provato a lavarlo sperando in un miglioramento e, oltretutto, se indossato con giacche o cappotti tende ad arrotolarsi tutto, maniche e busto verso il collo. Non comprerò mai più nulla di Herno, e il mio è stato un acquisto a prezzo pieno in negozio, non outlet.

Shocking customer service - the worst I have ever experienced

Shocking customer service and ridiculously long delivery times which made me regret ordering anything from Herno online. For a luxury brand I really couldn't believe how much disregard there was for customer service and the experience of customers. Even when I called customer services it was a poor experience - it makes HMRC look good.
I probably wouldn't order from Herno again as I would be worried about whether they will be around for long!

Poor quality

Bought a herno feather down jacket from farfetch, first wear and im covered in duck feather. It was leaking feathers everywhere, stitching is also very bad.
$700 worth jacket looks more like $50

Item poor quality returned, but not refunded

On November 13, 2023, I ordered an expensive coat, expecting it to be of high quality as advertised on their website. The website stated that delivery would take 3-5 working days. However, I waited three weeks for my order, during which my numerous phone calls and emails to their customer service did not expedite the process, nor did they provide any substantial updates.

I finally received the item on December 6, 2023, but was disappointed with its poor design; notably, the hood covered only half of the head. Consequently, I decided to return it and followed the return instructions provided, sending it via FedEx on December 8, 2023. The item was received by Herno's warehouse on December 21, 2023, as confirmed by a notification sent to me. According to their terms and conditions the process of refund takes 14 days.

Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them, requesting a refund, but have not received any clear responses to my emails. My attempts to communicate with their head office have been similarly unacknowledged. Whenever I call them or write, I receive the same response: "We cannot interfere to speed up the process but we got the confirmation that the refund will be issued in the following days in the same payment method used to place the order." which is not satisfactory.

I have also requested their formal complaint procedure to lodge an official complaint, but this request has been ignored.

Prezzo alto qualità bassa

Stanca di soliti marchi dopo aver provato nella boutique un piumino mezza stagione l'ho acquistato on line con saldo fine stagione ,davvero bellissimo lucido trendy ma dopo circa un mese ha cominciato per perdere le piume,ho visto anche quello di mia suocera dopo un anno tutto sfilacciato prezzo decisamente troppo alto qualità scadente sono molto delusa

Dispiace ammeterlo ma questo brand è bravo solo a vendere,poi quando devo dare un servizio di post vendita a un loro cliente sono pessimi...trovo assurdo da un brand cosi elevato ma aimè è successo.mi ha fatto delle domande via mail,dopo la mia risposta immediata sono spariti nel nulla.davvero pessimi!!!

Esperienza da dimenticare

Chiamo il call center e una gentile signorina mi dice che deve sentire il magazzino. Dopo poco, e senza nessun preavviso, arriva una mail in cui mi si avvisa che l'ordine era stato rimborsato. Al call center nessuno sapeva perché. Chiaramente sono rimasto senza regalo di Natale. Esperienza da dimenticare

I will never ever step foot into Herno…

I will never ever step foot into Herno London bond street again. Absolutely horrible customer service and appalling management. My husband tried a jacket on and the zipper jammed when trying it on. The salesman tried to blame us and told my husband he broke it ! Can you imagine ? The salesman then asked us to leave the store !! I was shaking I was so upset at his behaviour and the way he treated us. I wrote a letter to the bond at manager Ms Hooi Bee Lim and I wrote to the head office in Italy asking for an apology from the salesman. I got nothing. All I received was an email saying thank you for my email . I will never ever step foot into Herno again or buy anything from them ever again. Absolutely disgraceful customer service .

Esperienza pessima

Esperienza pessima. Ordinato un maglione di cachemire online, dopo 10 gg. arriva e scopro aprendolo che è fallato (buchi sul girocollo); così segnalo la problematica al customer care e faccio il reso. Ordino nuovamente lo stesso articolo, prima che la procedura di reso fosse completata ovviamente e pertanto anticipo la bellezza di quasi 1.000€. La sorpresa più sconcertante è che il secondo maglione che mi arriva…fallato anch’esso! Incredibile: quest’azienda vende prodotti fallati di seconda scelta a prezzo pieno mediante gli ordini online: è veramente inconcepibile. Segnalo la cosa nuovamente e con fastidio sempre al CR il quale candidamente risponde: “Autorizziamo il reso”.
Non ho parole, non acquisterò mai più prodotti Herno online.

Habe meinen Artikel vor Wochen retourniert und noch immer keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Auch nach mehreren Kontaktversuchen via Mail und Telefon - keine Rückmeldung. Das grenzt schon an Betrug!

Cheaply made

Cheaply made. The zipper on the cost doesn’t work so I have to climb in and out of the coat as the zipper doesn’t work.

luxury brand joke

luxury brand - what a joke. bought a reversible puffer jacket from Herno. the reversible zipper jammed almost at once. my tailor, after saying that the Herno zip was "a piece of junk," found a better zipper, but replacing it ran $75. and then the jacket started shedding down, tiny bits of it all over anything i wore with it. Customer service? Customer disservice more like it.
